Win a trip to Zanzibar with OneDayOnly and Africastay

The Promoters of this competition are OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay;

1. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
2. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on 4 November 2022 and will terminate at midnight on 4 December 2022. No late entries will be accepted.
4. Prize: 

7 Nights in Zanzibar

The prize includes

* Return flights on the direct AfricaStay direct flight services to Zanzibar
* 7 Nights accommodation
* Breakfast and dinner daily
* Return airport transfers
* Stone Town Tour

The prize excludes

* Items of a personal nature/items not specified in the above inclusions, gratuities and porterage
* Meals and drinks not included in the all-inclusive program/Premium drinks & cocktails
* Tours/sightseeing not mentioned
* Travel insurance
* Infrastructure levy of USD1 per person per day is payable upon check in
* COVID PCR tests in SOUTH AFRICA (pre-departure) and ZANZIBAR (post-departure), if required
* Visas (USD50) obtained upon arrival in Zanzibar (not applicable to South African passport holders)

The prize is valid for two guests sharing a room and is valid for redemption in May & June 2023 only. Prize is strictly non-transferable and is not valid for travel over school holidays, peak seasons, long weekends and high occupancy periods.   These travel services remain subject to availability at the time of the reservation.  Extension of the prize validity is not permitted for any reason, including occupancy restrictions. All costs associated to quarantining in Zanzibar (in the event of a positive Covid test result) shall be for the passengers’ account. T&C apply. E&OE.

1. Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must subscribe and be confirmed (open newsletter or redeem voucher) to receive the OneDayOnly.co.za daily newsletter and communication from Africastay
2. Submissions: Entry is limited to one entry per subscriber to the OneDayOnly.co.za daily newsletter. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time.
3. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected on 5 December 2022 and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za utilizing the email address submitted during competition entry. Note: the winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond/accept the prize within 3 days, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

• Winners will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms and contacted via email.

1. Individuals eligible to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age and excludes directors, employees, or agents of OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay and their immediate families.
2. Publishing winner’s name:  Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za may publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay’s marketing platforms including the website, newsletter, and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes, but the winners may decline such invitation. OneDayOny.com and Africastay warrant that they shall at all times comply with the relevant provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013 as amended from time to time.
3. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za, its associated companies, agents, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
4. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is canceled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly.co.za, and Africastay, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters. Re-booking and cancellations fees apply.
5. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay are responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission, or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
6. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
