Shop & Win With L'Ormarins

1. The promoter of this campaign is OneDayOnly.co.za (OneDayOnly / ODO)
2. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
3. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
4. Competition Period: The competition commences on 7 December 2022 and will terminate at midnight on 7 December 2022. No late entries will be accepted.
5. Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must successfully purchase any case of L’Ormarins Cap Classique that is featured on the day of the promotion. 
6. Submissions Any successful purchase of L’Ormarins Cap Classique bought on Wednesday 7 December 2023 from OneDayOnly will count as one entry to the lucky draw. (Each case counts as one entry) 
7. Prize: Each winner will receive 2 x tickets to the Peninsula Jazz Room at the L’Ormarins King’s Plate racing and social event which includes the following:

   • A three course meal in the Peninsula Room in the Hollywoodbets Kenilworth Racecourse building

   • Complimentary selected Antonij Rupert wines and beers from 12:00-18:00

   • Live Jazz Music throughout the day

   • Cash Bar Facilities

   • Private Bar, Tote and Toilet facilities

   • Air Conditioning

   • Entrance into the Style Lounge Village for access to the horse racing as well as the after party

   • Access to purchase from wine bars, bars and food concessionaires in the style lounge village

   • Access to car displays by the Franschhoek Motor Museum

   • Parking on the in-field at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth Racecourse

     Please Note: All guests must park, or be dropped off and collected on the inner field at the Racecourse, off Wetton Road.

   • There are no pedestrian entrances or other drop off zones anywhere else
     Ticketing will only happen on the inner field

The following will be for the winners’ own account: 

• Travelling to and from the event at Kenilworth Race Course, Cape Town
• Beverages not included in the Peninsula Jazz Room tickets between 12:00 and 18:00
• Beverages after 18:00 at the after party 
• No Under 18s allowed at the event
• Guests are requested to dress in a manner appropriate to racing and to adhere to the dress code of blue and white
• Event will be taking place on Saturday 7 January 2023 from 12:00-23:00 at the Hollywoodbets Kenilworth Racecourse, Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth, Cape Town

2. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected by 8 December 2022 and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za via the email address provided. The winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, OneDayOnly reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
3. Winner announcement: There will be 1 winner. They will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms and contacted via email.
4. Individuals eligible to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of OneDayOnly.co.za, and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
5. Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za can publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such an invitation.
6. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
7. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
8. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
