The promoter of this competition is OneDayOnly.co.za (OneDayOnly / ODO)
The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
1. Competition Period: The competition commences on 1 May 2023 and will terminate at midnight on 30th of May 2023. No late entries will be accepted.
2. Entry Mechanism: Win your share of R30,000 in CASH this May.
- All month we'll be gifting 17 lucky winners with their share of R30,000 in cash.
- All you have to do is shop & you could be in luck.
- Winners will be EFT'd to their certified, participating South African bank accounts.
3. Submissions: Entrants shall be permitted to shop as many times as they’d like and each time they shop they shall be entered into the draw however they can only win once throughout the duration of the campaign.
4. Prize Draw: The winners will be randomly selected from orders placed every week ending on a Sunday and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za via the email address provided in the order details of the purchase. The winners will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, OneDayOnly reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
- Winners are required to have a valid South African bank account in order to qualify.
- Canceled or returned orders placed from 1 - 30 May 2023 will NOT count as a valid entry.
5. Winner announcement: There will be 17 winners. They will be announced on OneDayOnly's Instagram channels and contacted via email.
6. Individuals eligible to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of OneDayOnly, and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
7. Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly can publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly's marketing platforms including the website, newsletter, and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such invitations.
8. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly, and its associated companies, agents, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy, or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
9. Cancellation: OneDayOnly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such an event, where a competition or promotion is canceled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors, or promoters.
10. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission, or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
*Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
