1. The promoter of this competition is OneDayOnly.co.za (OneDayOnly / ODO)
2. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
3. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
4. Competition Period: The competition commences on 25 May 2023 and will terminate at midnight on 28th of May 2023. No late entries will be accepted.
5. Prize: Win Your Cart Back - 4 x Winners Stand A Chance To Win Their Cart Back (Maximum Cart Value of R5000) 
6. Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must have shopped and paid with Ozow on our, OneDayOnly website or app. 
7. Submissions: Entry is limited to one entry per participant. 
8. When you spend R1200 or more on OneDayOnly and check out using Ozow, you stand a chance to win your cart back (Maximum Cart Value of R5000) Offer valid 25-28 May. 
9. If a refund is processed on the qualifying Ozow transaction, the entry is deemed to be null and void.
10. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected by 28th of Ozow 2023 and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za via the email address provided. The winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, OneDayOnly reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
11. Winner announcement: There will be 4 winners. They will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms and contacted via email.
12. Individuals eligible to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of OneDayOnly.co.za, and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
13. Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za and Ozow can publish their names and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za marketing platforms including the website, newsletter, and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such an invitation.
14. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za and their associated companies, agents, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy, or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
15. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such an event, where a competition or promotion is canceled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
16. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission, or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za that may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
