Win a Trip for 2 to a Real Madrid Football Match with OneDayOnly.co.za & Travelstart

The organisers of this competition are OneDayOnly.co.za and Travelstart.

The decision of the judges is final and binding, and no discussions or negotiations will be entertained.
All participants consent to be bound by the rules of the competition.

Competition Period: The competition commences on September 22, 2023, and concludes at midnight on October 12, 2023. Late entries will not be accepted.

Prize:
- Round-trip flights (departing from and returning to one of the following locations: Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban). Please note that all travel between your place of residence and either Cape Town, Johannesburg, or Durban will be at the expense of the Participant.
- 2 tickets to watch Real Madrid live in Madrid.
- 3 nights of accommodation.

The prize does not include:
- Personal items or items not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions above, gratuities, and porterage.
- Meals and beverages not covered by the place of accommodation.
- Tours or sightseeing activities not specified.
- Travel insurance.
- COVID PCR tests in SOUTH AFRICA (pre-departure) if required.
- Visas.

The Prize is strictly non-transferable.

The extension of the prize's validity is not permitted for any reason, including occupancy limitations.

1. Entry Mechanism:To enter and have a chance to win, participants must subscribe and confirm (by opening the newsletter or redeeming a voucher) to receive the OneDayOnly.co.za daily newsletter and communications from Travelstart.Submissions: Entry is limited to one entry per subscriber to the OneDayOnly.co.za daily newsletter. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to modify the competition's terms and conditions at any time.
2. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected on October 12, 2023, and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za/Travelstart using the email address or phone number provided during competition entry. Note: the winner will be required to provide valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner fails to respond or accept the prize within 3 days, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
3. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms and contacted via email.
4. Eligible Participants: The competition is open to South African residents who are 18 years of age or older, excluding directors, employees, or agents of OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay and their immediate families.
5. Publication of Winner’s Name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za may publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay’s marketing platforms, including the website, newsletter, and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes, but the winners may decline such invitations. OneDayOnly.co.za and Travelstart guarantee that they will always comply with the relevant provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013, as amended from time to time.

Competition Disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za, its affiliated companies, agents, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy, or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
7. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za and Travelstart reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such an event, where a competition or promotion is canceled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly.co.za and Travelstart, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors, or promoters. Re-booking and cancellation fees apply.

System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za and Travelstart is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission, or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za and Africastay that may disrupt or corrupt the competition. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant."
