Shop & Win With Waterford Wine Estate This Valentines Month- 12 February 2024

1. The promoter of this campaign is OneDayOnly.co.za (OneDayOnly / ODO)
2. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
3. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
4. Competition Period: The competition commences on 12 February 2024 and will terminate at midnight on 12 February 2024. No late entries will be accepted.
5. Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must successfully purchase any case of Waterford Wine on OneDayOnly.co.za
6. Submissions Any successful purchase of Waterford Wines bought on 12 February 2024 from OneDayOnly will count as one entry to the lucky draw. 
7. Prize: Waterford Wine Safari experience for 4 people:
   1. 2-3 hour trip through the vineyards on the 120ha Waterford Wine Estate on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain range.
   2. The experience will culminate with a tasting of Waterford's iconic flagship blend, The Jem, and their iconic Wine & Chocolate Pairing. The wine tasting will be accompanied by a handcrafted platter, which is well suited to pair with the individual wines.
   3. Each guest will receive a gift bag to take home containing a bottle of award-winning Waterford Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Waterford Kevin Arnold Shiraz, as well as three unique chocolates, handcrafted by Richard Von Geusau, intended as the perfect pairing with the elegant wines.
8. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected by 14 February 2024 and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za via the email address provided. The winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, OneDayOnly reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
9. Winner announcement: There will be 1 winner. They will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms and contacted via email.
10. Individuals eligible to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of OneDayOnly.co.za, and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
11. Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za can publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za marketing platforms including the website, newsletter, and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such an invitation.
12. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za, and their associated companies, agents, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy, or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
13. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is canceled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors, or promoters.
14. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za that may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
