Win Your Dream Wedding Venue with OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres

The Promoters of this competition are OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres. 

1. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
2. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on 1 September 2024 and will terminate at midnight on 1 October 2024. No late entries will be accepted.
4. Prize: 
   
   • Free venue hire up to 100 people valued at R105,000 (One hundred and five thousand rand).
   • The prize value is based on a guest count of 100 people. If fewer than 100 guests attend, the prize will not be adjusted or supplemented for the difference. Any wedding bigger and a charge per person will apply.
   • Should the winner choose to not host their wedding at the venue, the prize is not exchangeable for cash.
   • If the winner of the prize chooses to not host their wedding at Moyres and forfeits the prize, the next person on the list will be chosen and the prize redirected.
   • Not included - Flowers, decor, food, drinks, wedding cake, hair, make-up, cutlery, crockery, usage of kitchen, set up, DJ, any wedding attire (dress, suits, bridesmaids dresses, shoes, jewellery, etc). Traveling expenses.
   • Included - Tables (Round or rectangular) House chairs, option of white or black table cloths, napkins, usage of venue (Violet Hall, Manomartedith Hall, Gin patio, bridal suite, the cottage)
   • Complimentary Gin Bar during canapé hour. (Estimated to 1 drink per person)
   • Prize is valid until 31 December 2026
   • Days not included in the prize are Sundays and Public Holidays.
   • Dates are subject to availability.

• Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must subscribe and be confirmed (open newsletter or redeem voucher) to receive the OneDayOnly.co.za daily newsletter and communication from Moyres. 
• Submissions: Entry is limited to one entry per subscriber to the OneDayOnly.co.za daily newsletter. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time.
• Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za utilizing the email address submitted during competition entry. Note: the winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond/accept the prize within 3 days, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
• Winner announcement: Winners will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms and contacted via email.
• Individuals eligible to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age and excludes directors, employees, or agents of OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres and their immediate families.
• Publishing winner’s name:  Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za may publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres marketing platforms including the website, newsletter, and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes, but the winners may decline such invitation. OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres warrant that they shall at all times comply with the relevant provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013 as amended from time to time.
• Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za, its associated companies, agents, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy, or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
• Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly.co.za, and Moyres, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters. Re-booking and cancellation fees apply.
• System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission, or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za and Moyres which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
• This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or any other item. The prize can only be redeemed as a new booking.
• Moyres reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
• In the event of death, accident, illness or any other reason that prevents the winner from traveling, the prize will be forfeited.

Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
