TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter:
   The promoter of this competition is OneDayOnly.co.za ("OneDayOnly" / "ODO"), a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

2. Final Decision:
   The decision of the judges appointed by OneDayOnly shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this competition. No correspondence, representations, or appeals will be entertained.

3. Competition Agreement:
   By entering this competition, all participants explicitly and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are legally enforceable.

4. Competition Period:
   The competition commences on 3 March 2025 at 00:00 and shall terminate on 27 March 2025 at 23:59. No entries received outside of this period shall be considered.

5. Entry Mechanism:
   To enter, participants must purchase any Christophe Duchamp product available on OneDayOnly.co.za on 3, 13, and 27 March 2025. Each qualifying purchase shall constitute an entry into the competition.

6. Entry Submission:
   Each successful purchase of a Christophe Duchamp product made on 3, 13, or 27 March 2025 from OneDayOnly.co.za shall be recorded as a single entry into the random prize draw.

7. Prize Details:

   • The prize consists of two (2) return economy class tickets to London.

   • The flights must be booked between May and November 2025, subject to airline availability.

   • The winner must possess a valid passport and visa at the time of travel.

   • Visa application fees are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

   • Spending money, accommodation, and any incidental costs are not included in the prize.

   • The selection of the airline is at the sole discretion of OneDayOnly.co.za and its partners. The winner shall have no authority to determine or request a specific airline. The chosen airline will be selected based on its alignment with the total prize budget.

   • The winner is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own transport to and from the designated departure airport. No taxis, Ubers, transfers, or any other transportation to and from the airport are included in the prize.

1. Prize Draw:

   • The winner shall be selected via a random draw conducted by OneDayOnly or its appointed agent on or before 28 March 2025.

   • The winner shall be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.

   • The winner shall be required to provide valid identification prior to the issuance of the prize.

   • Should the winner fail to acknowledge receipt of the notification within three (3) calendar days, OneDayOnly reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

2. Winner Announcement:

   • There shall be one (1) winner.

   • The winner’s name may be published on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms, subject to applicable data protection laws.

3. Eligibility:

   • This competition is open exclusively to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   • Employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly.co.za, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate.

4. Publication of Winner’s Details:

   • The winner explicitly consents to OneDayOnly.co.za publishing their name and photographic images on its marketing platforms, including but not limited to the website, newsletters, and social media channels.

   • The winner may be invited to participate in promotional activities, but such participation shall be voluntary and subject to further agreement.

5. Competition Disclaimer:

   • OneDayOnly.co.za and its affiliated entities, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages or losses arising out of or in connection with participation in this competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.

6. Cancellation and Modification Rights:

   • OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, amend, or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.

   • In such an event, all participants acknowledge and agree that they shall have no claim whatsoever against OneDayOnly.co.za, its employees, or agents arising from such cancellation, suspension, amendment, or termination.

7. System Failures:

   • OneDayOnly.co.za and its service providers shall not be held responsible for any lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries due to system errors, network failures, or any other technical malfunctions beyond its control.

8. General:

   • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

   • Any disputes arising from or in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

   • By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these legally binding Terms and Conditions.
