I paid but my order was cancelled – help!

Oh no! We're sorry about that.

There are multiple reasons that an order will automatically cancel but the most common one is that payment was made more than 2 hours after checking out. 

Please Contact Us and we’ll help as best we can. If the item is still available, we’ll assist with a reorder. If not, we will need to arrange a refund.
