Whatever you do, do not hit the courier. It was probably someone else who dropped it anyway. Please let us know via your My Orders page. Select the relevant order, hit the big ‘log a return’ button at the bottom of the order page and follow the steps to submit. We'll ask you for a few images to get the ball rolling.
