Free Standard Shipping Promotion – Varsity Vibe Exclusive

Valid until 30 June 2025

1. Promotion Period
   This promotion is valid exclusively during the advertised promotion period and will expire at 23:59 on 31 Dec 2025, unless otherwise stated or extended at the sole discretion of OneDayOnly.

2. Eligibility and Application
   a. The Free Standard Shipping promotion is only available to verified Varsity Vibe members.
   b. To activate the promotion, the relevant promotional code must be entered at checkout.
   c. A minimum order value of R250 (excluding shipping) is required to qualify for the promotion.

3. Shipping Fees Covered
   a. Only the Standard Shipping fee of R60 will be waived under this promotion.
   b. Any additional shipping charges (including, but not limited to, express or bulky item fees) will remain payable by the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
   c. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges exceeding R60, where applicable.

4. Exclusions and Limitations
   a. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or vouchers.
   b. Free standard shipping will not be applied retroactively to any orders placed prior to the commencement of this promotion.
   c. Unapplied or unused promotional shipping benefits will not be refunded or credited after the fact.

5. Misuse and Abuse
   a. OneDayOnly reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
   b. Customers found to be misusing the promotion—including, but not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to redeem free shipping—may have their access to the OneDayOnly platform suspended or restricted.
   c. In cases of abuse, OneDayOnly reserves the right to recover shipping costs from customers who have duplicated free shipping redemptions.

6. General
   a. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions, as well as the promotional offering, at any time without notice.
   b. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all other applicable terms on the OneDayOnly website.
