When will I receive my alcohol order?

With restrictions lifted, all alcohol orders will be delivered within our standard 5-10 working day delivery time frame.

Where is my order?

We're so sorry if you've waited past our usual lead time for delivery!
On the very rare occasion, your order may take a little longer than usual, but we will let you know the second it has been dispatched.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Please note that a small portion of our deliveries have been impacted by COVID-19. If some items in your order are marked dispatched and others are not, we are aware of this and are actively working on completing delivery.
Please see the My Orders page for more information - this will show you exactly which of your items have been dispatched, as well as provide info on the outstanding items.

How is OneDayOnly keeping me safe?

Before packing your order, we make sure the contents are sanitised good and proper. This means that they are safe to handle. However, the box or outer packaging will have been processed and handled by our couriers. Please discard or recycle this and give your hands a good wash for safety's sake.
If you wish to change your delivery address for any order, this can be done directly from your account once you're logged in. If you'd like to update the delivery address of any order that has already left our warehouse, this may not always be possible but please drop us a mail and we will assist as best we can.
