How do returns work?

If you want to return a product for a refund, be sure to contact us within 7 days of receipt with the order number, the name of the product you would like to return and the reason for return.

Note that we cannot provide a refund unless the product is in original condition: including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Please also note that 1) we do not accept returns on underwear, lingerie, bras, panties, swimwear, earrings and such and that 2) return freight is at the customer's expense.

We're sorry Uncle Joe didn't like his new bidet.

Can I cancel an order?

Certainly. Please send us a message with the order number and - if appropriate - why you'd like to have the order cancelled and we will process.

What is my Password?

If you are having a hard time remembering your password, it's probably best to get a new one.

On our login page, click the Forgot Password? button and let enter your email address you used to sign up.

Please note that if you signed up with Facebook, this won't work: your Facebook password is strictly between you and Facebook.

I'm having trouble logging in

Oh dear. Personally, we're big fans of Facebook's login functionality because with that we don't need to remember passwords anymore.

If you don't like Facebook (wut?) and created an old school account, you can reset your password.

I'm having trouble setting my address?

A few fields are critical to your order, and the suburb field is the most critical of 'em all. When you start typing, it brings up suggestions: make sure you pick one.

Some browsers sometimes have trouble with our suburb "widget." Please use Chrome or Firefox for the best results.

Once you have selected the right suburb, the fields for town, province, postal code and country will automagically be completed.

How do I set my town on Checkout?

You actually can't. You do have to make sure that you set the correct suburb. Start typing the first few characters and select your suburb.

The rest will be automagically completed.

I can't enter my postal code on checkout

Yup that's correct. The only field you need to get right is the suburb field. Start typing the first few characters and select your suburb.

Can I send something as a gift?

Absolutely!

When on checkout, select the "Send as gift" option and you'll be presented with a few additional input fields to make sure your gift is super special. Just like all other gifts!

An item in my cart is now sold out?

When you put an item in your cart, it can still sell out. This is for a number of reasons, but what it means for you is that it's best to not wait too long before you finalise your purchase.

Will it come back?

It might! Even when a product is sold out, it may come back into stock: throughout the day, (unpaid) orders are cancelled and their contents are put back in inventory.

So don't despair, but grab a chair.
And then come back. To check the stack.

Will you ever tell us how many units remain available in a given sale?

When stock levels are running low, sometimes we do say how many units are left. But not always.

Interesting bit of info: we do NOT reserve an item if you have it in your cart, so it can still sell out.
