What is your refund policy?

You can almost (*) always return a product for a refund. But please give us a shout first.

If you want to return a product be sure to contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item.

Provide the order number, the name of the product you would like to return, and the reason for the requested return. We will then get back to you with further instructions.

If you paid via credit card, we can reverse the payment. If you paid via any other method (EFT, eBucks, Discovery Miles, SnapScan, Zapper or UCount Rewards) we can only process the refund via an EFT.

 

(*) Please note that we do not accept returns on underwear, lingerie, bras, panties, swimwear, earrings, etc.

How can I return something?

You can almost (*) always return a product. But please give us a shout first.

If you want to return a product for a refund, be sure to contact us within 7 days of receipt with the order number, the name of the product you would like to return and the reason for return.

Note that we cannot provide a refund unless the product is in its original condition- including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Because we aren't likely to have a replacement (if appropriate) in stock, you should be prepared for a refund-only option. Note that return freight will be at your expense.

(*) Please note that 1) we do not accept returns on underwear, lingerie, bras, panties, swimwear, earrings and such and that 2) return freight is at the customer's expense.

Can I return underwear, swimwear or earrings?

Nope. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on underwear, lingerie, bras, panties, swimwear, earrings and such. To prevent problems, please make sure you purchase the correct size!

My product stopped working!

Uh oh.

First, make sure the product is really broken and not just in need of a fresh set of batteries. You'd be surprised...

If that doesn't solve it, let us know. We'll then give it a bash and see what we can do for you.

We may end up with sending a new part, a replacement unit, or a refund.

Please do note that, due to our business model (we don't hold stock and run mostly once-off specials), we do many more refunds than replacements.

Are my purchases covered under warranty?

Yes, but mostly not by us. Almost every product is covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer.

That said, if your precious new toy breaks, it's easiest to get in touch with us and we'll have them contact you.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Although this doesn't happen much, things occasionally get damaged in transit.

If the box looks damaged, please take a photo or two of the damage. Then, you can proceed to open the package to see what sad state your new toy is in. If it's good, keep it! If it is dodgy, let us know. We'll then give it a bash and see what we can do for you.

Note that, due to our business model (not holding stock and running mostly once-off specials), we mostly do refunds instead of replacements.

Can I return an item I don't like?

Absolutely. You have rights as a consumer, you know.
