You should have received an email in your inbox from noreply@ticketmaster.co.za asking you to "Accept Tickets"

But if you are having trouble finding the email, you can search for it using the above email address. Once you have located the email, you can proceed to "Accept Tickets" by signing in to your Ticketmaster account or creating a new one if you don't have an account yet.

After logging in, you will be able to see your tickets under the "upcoming events" section. If you are still having difficulty locating or accepting your tickets, you can reach out to Ticketmaster customer care for assistance. You can contact them by clicking here:



If you didn't receive the email, you can go to the event and visit the "Box Office" where they can assist you in getting your tickets. Remember to have your email address ready!
