Terms & Conditions

1. General Voucher Use

   • This voucher is issued by OneDayOnly.co.za and is redeemable only on OneDayOnly.co.za.

   • Voucher codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • Only one voucher code may be used per customer transaction.

   • Voucher codes are limited to one use per customer.

   • Voucher codes do not apply to shipping costs unless specifically stated in the accompanying voucher communication.

   • Voucher codes are single-use and single-purpose: if your transaction total is less than the voucher amount, the balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed later or credited.

2. Validity

   • This specific offer is valid only on 27 May 2025, and will expire at 23:59pm on the same day.

   • Once expired, the voucher cannot be reinstated or extended.

   • Voucher is valid only with a minimum spend of R3 000.

   • Vouchers are not valid with certain promotions, including but not limited to charity donations or already discounted items.

3. Order Cancellation

   • If an order is cancelled or fails for any reason, the voucher will be considered null and void.

   • In such cases, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@onedayonly.co.za for a replacement voucher code, subject to approval.

4. Abandoned Cart Vouchers

   • Vouchers sent to recover abandoned carts are promotional and expire at midnight on the day they are issued.

   • If the transaction is completed without redeeming the voucher, it will be considered null and void, and will not be reinstated or refunded.

5. AnotherDayOnly Vouchers

   • Vouchers referred to as "AnotherDayOnly" vouchers are only valid during AnotherDayOnly sales days.

6. Cancellation Rights

   • OneDayOnly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or amend any voucher code or related promotion at any time.

   • In such an event, all customers agree to waive any rights or claims they may have against OneDayOnly, its employees, partners, suppliers, or agents.

7. System Errors

   • OneDayOnly is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to lost, delayed, or misdirected vouchers, or any internet or system failures that may impact voucher redemption.

8. Violation

   • Any attempt to misuse or violate these terms and conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the voucher and possibly the user's account being suspended.
