1. Introduction
1.1. These Ts & Cs apply to the Win a 2-Night Stay with AfriCamps campaign (“the Campaign”), hosted by OneDayOnly.co.za.
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to be bound by these Ts & Cs.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly.co.za, AfriCamps, or their associated partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Campaign Period
3.1. The Campaign runs from 4 July 2025 to 4 August 2025.
3.2. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend the Campaign period at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must complete the official entry form and provide accurate personal details, including their name, email address, and phone number.
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4.3. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4.4. By entering, participants agree to be signed up to OneDayOnly.co.za’s newsletter and to receive marketing communication from OneDayOnly.co.za.
5. Prize & Winner Selection
5.1. One (1) winner will be selected.
5.2. The prize includes a 2-night stay for up to 5 guests at any one of AfriCamps’ 19 locations, plus one breakfast basket and one braai basket per guest.
5.3. Total prize value is up to R9 700, depending on location and season booked.
5.4. The prize excludes peak-season dates and is subject to availability.
5.5. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
5.6. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days after the Campaign ends.
5.7. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Use of Personal Information
6.1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being processed by OneDayOnly.co.za in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Participants also consent to their personal information being shared with AfriCamps, who may add the data to its own marketing database and send marketing communications in line with AfriCamps’ Privacy Policy.
6.3. Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the Campaign, including winner verification, marketing communications, and future promotional activities by OneDayOnly.co.za and AfriCamps.
6.4. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails from either party.
7. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
7.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Ts & Cs.
7.2. Fraudulent activity, including multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses, will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. OneDayOnly.co.za, AfriCamps, and their affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign.
8.2. OneDayOnly.co.za is not responsible for any technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting entry submissions or winner notifications.
9. Changes & Termination
9.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
10. General
10.1. By participating in the Campaign, entrants accept that all decisions made by OneDayOnly.co.za regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
10.2. These Ts & Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa.
