1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Ts & Cs”) apply to the Win a Zorora Lira Luxe Loveseat + 25% Off Voucher campaign (“the Campaign”), hosted by OneDayOnly.co.za.
1.2. By entering the Campaign, all participants agree to be bound by these Ts & Cs.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly.co.za, Zorora, or their associated partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Campaign Period
3.1. The Campaign runs from 22 August 2025 to 22 September 2025.
3.2. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend the Campaign period at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must complete the official entry form and provide accurate personal details, including name, email address, and phone number.
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
4.3. Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries will not be accepted.
4.4. By entering, participants agree to be subscribed to OneDayOnly.co.za’s newsletter and may receive marketing communication from both OneDayOnly.co.za and Zorora.
5. Prize & Winner Selection
5.1. One (1) winner will be selected.
5.2. The prize includes:
• One (1) Zorora Lira Luxe Loveseat, valued at R13,500, in Textured fabric (winner’s choice of colour, subject to availability).
• One (1) 25% discount voucher for use on another Zorora product of the winner’s choice.
5.3. The voucher must be redeemed at the same time the winning sofa is ordered, so the delivery of both items can be aligned.
5.4. The voucher is not stackable with any other retail promotions.
5.5. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
5.6. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days after the Campaign ends.
5.7. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.9. Standard Zorora production and delivery lead times will apply.
6. Use of Personal Information
6.1. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information by OneDayOnly.co.za in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Participants also consent to their personal information being shared with Zorora, who may use it for marketing purposes in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
6.3. Personal information will only be used for purposes related to the Campaign, including winner contact, verification, fulfilment, and future promotional communications.
6.4. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email received.
7. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
7.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Ts & Cs.
7.2. Fraudulent activity, such as multiple entries by one individual using different email addresses, may lead to disqualification.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. OneDayOnly.co.za and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of the prize.
8.2. OneDayOnly.co.za is not responsible for technical errors, system failures, or other issues that may prevent entry or notification.
9. Changes & Termination
9.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
10. General
10.1. By entering the Campaign, all participants accept that decisions made by OneDayOnly.co.za are final and binding.
10.2. These Ts & Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
