Free Standard Shipping Promotion Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the free standard shipping promotion (“the Promotion”) offered by OneDayOnly.co.za (“OneDayOnly”), and are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
1. Promotion Period
1.1. The Promotion is valid only during the specific promotional periods as advertised by OneDayOnly.
1.2. OneDayOnly reserves the right to extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Application
2.1. The Promotion is available to customers who enter the applicable promotional code at checkout during the promotional period.
2.2. A minimum purchase threshold may be required for eligibility, as stipulated in the relevant promotional material.
2.3. The Promotion only waives the Standard Shipping fee of R69 (ZAR).
2.4. Any additional delivery charges (including, but not limited to, bulky or remote area surcharges) will remain payable by the customer at checkout.
3. Limitations
3.1. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.2. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
3.3. The Promotion will not be retrospectively applied or refunded if not selected at checkout.
4. Misuse and Abuse
4.1. Customers found to be misusing the Promotion, including but not limited to, creating duplicate accounts to exploit the Promotion, may:
a. Be disqualified from current and future promotions;
b. Have their OneDayOnly account suspended or terminated; and/or
c. Be required to repay the value of any misused shipping vouchers.
4.2. OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in line with its policies and the CPA.
5. General
5.1. By participating in the Promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
5.2. These T&Cs are subject to change at the sole discretion of OneDayOnly, in accordance with applicable legislation.
5.3. In the event of any conflict between these T&Cs and any other communication (including marketing or advertising materials), these T&Cs shall prevail.
5.4. Nothing in these T&Cs limits or purports to limit any rights that customers may have under the CPA.
