1. Introduction
1.1. These Ts & Cs apply to the WIN a Trip for Two to Bali campaign (“the Campaign”), hosted by OneDayOnly.co.za.
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to be bound by these Ts & Cs.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly.co.za, WOLO Travel, or their associated partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Campaign Period
3.1. The Campaign runs from 5 August 2025 to 30 September 2025.
3.2. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend the Campaign period at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must complete the official entry form and provide accurate personal details, including their name, email address, and phone number.
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4.3. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4.4. By entering, participants agree to be signed up to OneDayOnly.co.za’s and WOLO Travel’s newsletters and to receive marketing communication from both parties.
4.5. Entries must be submitted via the dedicated landing page associated with this campaign.
4.6. Entrants who have won a prize in any competition hosted by OneDayOnly.co.za or WOLO Travel in the past 6 months are not eligible to enter.
5. Prize & Winner Selection
5.1. One (1) winner will be selected.
5.2. The prize includes:
2x Return Economy Class Flights from Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Durban
7 Nights’ Twin/Double Accommodation at Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa, Legian
Daily Breakfast
Return Airport & Hotel Transfers
Bali Beaches & Cultural Experiences
5.3. Total prize value is R60,000.
5.4. The prize excludes visa applications, travel insurance, taxes, personal expenses, and any additional regulatory or travel requirements for Bali. It must be redeemed by 31 October 2025 and is valid for travel between 1 February 2026 – 15 June 2026 (excluding school holidays). The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates.
5.5. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
5.6. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days after the Campaign ends.
5.7. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.9. The winner must have a valid passport and be eligible to travel to Bali. Inability to travel for any reason will result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. Use of Personal Information
6.1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being processed by OneDayOnly.co.za in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Participants also consent to their personal information being shared with WOLO Travel, who may add the data to its own marketing database and send marketing communications in line with WOLO Travel’s Privacy Policy.
6.3. Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the Campaign, including winner verification, marketing communications, and future promotional activities by OneDayOnly.co.za and WOLO Travel.
6.4. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails from either party.
6.5. The Promoters will not share personal information with unauthorised third parties.
7. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
7.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Ts & Cs.
7.2. Fraudulent activity, including multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses, will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. OneDayOnly.co.za, WOLO Travel, and their affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign.
8.2. OneDayOnly.co.za is not responsible for any technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting entry submissions or winner notifications.
8.3. The winner agrees to allow the use of their name and/or image for publicity purposes related to the Campaign.
8.4. By participating, the winner releases and holds harmless OneDayOnly.co.za and WOLO Travel from any claims arising out of participation or use of the prize, including personal injury, illness, or property damage.
8.5. WOLO Travel reserves the right to change any component of the prize, including travel dates and providers, due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Changes & Termination
9.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
9.2. In the event of cancellation, entrants will have no claim against the Promoters.
10. General
10.1. By participating in the Campaign, entrants accept that all decisions made by OneDayOnly.co.za regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
10.2. These Ts & Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa.
