1. Promoter:
The promoter of this competition is OneDayOnly.co.za ("OneDayOnly" / "ODO"), a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
2. Final Decision:
The decision of the judges appointed by OneDayOnly shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this competition. No correspondence, representations, or appeals will be entertained.
3. Competition Agreement:
By entering this competition, all participants explicitly and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are legally enforceable.
4. Competition Period:
The competition starts on 5 August 2025 at 00:00 and ends on 27 August 2025 at 23:59. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
5. Entry Mechanism:
To enter, participants must purchase any Geena Shoes product on OneDayOnly.co.za between 5 and 27 August 2025. Each qualifying purchase counts as one entry into the draw.
6. Entry Submission:
Every successful purchase of a Geena Shoes product during the campaign period will automatically be recorded as a single entry into the random prize draw.
7. Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive 10 (ten) pairs of Geena shoes of their choice, up to a total combined value of approximately R6,000.
Product availability is subject to Geena Shoes’ current stock at the time of prize redemption.
8. Prize Draw:
The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by OneDayOnly or its appointed agent on or before 30 August 2025.
The winner will be contacted via the email address used at the time of purchase.
The winner must provide valid identification to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 3 (three) calendar days, OneDayOnly reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
9. Winner Announcement:
There will be one (1) winner in total.
The winner’s name may be published on selected OneDayOnly social media platforms, subject to applicable data protection laws.
10. Eligibility:
This competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly, Geena Shoes, their affiliates, or suppliers are not eligible to participate.
11. Publication & Promotion:
The winner consents to OneDayOnly using their name and photo on its digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to the website, newsletters, and social media channels.
Participation in additional promotional activities is voluntary and subject to separate agreement.
12. Disclaimer:
OneDayOnly, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.
13. Right to Modify or Cancel:
OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice. Participants will not have any claim against OneDayOnly in such an event.
14. System Failures:
OneDayOnly and its service providers will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected due to technical or system-related issues beyond its control.
15. General:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. By entering, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
