1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the OneDayOnly Birthday Campaign running from 11 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“the Campaign”).
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these T&Cs, as well as OneDayOnly’s standard site-wide policies.
1.3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. Campaign Periods
2.1. The Campaign will run in two phases:
Phase 1 (11–20 August 2025): General birthday promotional deals will be available for a limited time and while stocks last.
Phase 2 (21–31 August 2025): Up to 100% off deals will drop sporadically during this period.
The Spin & Win promotion will run from 25–31 August 2025, offering customers the chance to win discount vouchers with minimum spend thresholds attached.
3. Deal Availability
3.1. Deals are valid for a limited time only and are subject to availability.
3.2. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.
3.3. Your purchase is only confirmed once checkout and payment have been successfully completed.
4. Promotional Pricing, Shipping & Payments
4.1. Promotional pricing applies exclusively to deals listed as part of the Birthday Campaign.
4.2. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated on the deal.
4.3. OneDayOnly vouchers, including Abandoned Cart vouchers, cannot be redeemed for these promotional offers or any Spin & Win discounts.
4.4. OneDayOnly shall not be liable for any payment failures due to technical issues, including but not limited to software, hardware, or network errors.
5. Order Cancellation & Refunds
5.1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at its sole discretion. If payment has been processed, affected customers will receive a full refund for the cancelled portion.
5.2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on purchases made as part of time-limited Birthday Campaign deals.
6. Spin & Win Promotion
6.1. The Spin & Win offer will run from 27 August to 31 August 2025.
6.2. The campaign is only open to a selected group of OneDayOnly.co.za customers and/or subscribers who have been invited to participate. These customers will have an equal chance of winning any of the available promotional prizes.
6.3. Prizes will consist of discount vouchers of varying values, each subject to a minimum spend requirement, which will be specified at the time the voucher is issued.

6.4. Spin & Win participation is limited to once per customer, unless otherwise stated.
6.5. Vouchers won through Spin & Win cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
6.6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to modify or withdraw any prize at its discretion and without prior notice.
6.7 Fairness, Certification, and Compliance
The Spin the Wheel feature used in this promotion has been developed and supplied by Netcore Solutions UK Limited. This system has been independently tested and certified to operate in a fair and random manner, with predetermined probabilities applied consistently to all participants. All outcomes are generated by a certified randomisation algorithm and are not influenced by a participant’s purchase history, browsing activity, frequency of play, or any other factor outside of the randomisation process
7. Policy Compliance & Account Suspension
7.1. These promotions are subject to OneDayOnly’s standard Returns Policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these T&Cs.
7.2. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Campaign or Spin & Win promotion may result in the suspension of access to the OneDayOnly platform, including the customer’s account.
8. General
8.1. OneDayOnly’s decisions regarding any matter related to this Campaign are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.2. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
