1. Introduction
1.1. The SVYP Dedicated Mailer promotion (“Promotion”) is run by OneDayOnly.co.za (“OneDayOnly”) in partnership with SVYP Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“SVYP”).
1.2. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), as well as OneDayOnly’s standard Terms of Use and SVYP’s platform terms and privacy policies.
2. About SVYP
2.1. SVYP is a swipe-based platform that allows users to vote on products, providing OneDayOnly with real-time, pre-purchase insights.
2.2. Users will be presented with 10 product tiles. Swipe right to indicate interest (“Yes”) and left to indicate no interest (“No”).
3. Promotion Date & Participation
3.1. The Promotion will run exclusively via a dedicated email mailer sent on Monday, 18 August 2025, unless extended or changed at OneDayOnly’s sole discretion.
3.2. To qualify for a voucher, participants must:
Access the SVYP platform using the link provided in the dedicated mailer.
Complete the full SVYP swipe survey during the Promotion period.
Follow all participation instructions provided in the dedicated Promotion email or via official channels.
4. Voucher Details
4.1. Eligible participants will receive a R75 discount voucher redeemable on OneDayOnly.co.za.
4.2. Voucher conditions:
Minimum spend of R350 applies (excluding delivery fees).
Valid for one-time use only per unique customer.
Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or vouchers.
Voucher will be valid until 23:59 on 31 August 2025. Expired vouchers will not be reissued.
4.3. Standard OneDayOnly delivery fees and exclusions apply.
5. Redemption Process
5.1. Vouchers will be issued electronically via SVYP after completion of the survey.
5.2. To redeem, enter the voucher code at checkout on OneDayOnly.co.za before the expiry date.
5.3. Vouchers are only valid for purchases made on the OneDayOnly website or app.
6. Follow-up Marketing
6.1. Once the survey results are collected, OneDayOnly will send a follow-up email to participants who expressed interest in a specific product, notifying them if/when the product is available on promotion.
7. Cancellations & Order Failures
7.1. If an order purchased with a voucher is cancelled or refunded, the voucher will not be reissued.
7.2. OneDayOnly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused vouchers.
8. Liability
8.1. OneDayOnly and SVYP are not responsible for any technical failures, delays, or interruptions that may affect participation or voucher redemption.
8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion.
9. Misuse & Fraud
9.1. Any abuse, fraudulent use, or breach of these T&Cs will result in disqualification and/or cancellation of vouchers without notice.
10. Changes & Termination
10.1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Any changes will be posted on OneDayOnly.co.za.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
