1. Introduction
1.1. These Ts & Cs apply to the SHOP & WIN - Hermanuspietersfontein campaign (“the Campaign”), hosted by OneDayOnly.co.za.
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to be bound by these Ts & Cs.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly.co.za or their associated partners are not eligible to enter.
2.3. This campaign is open to customers who purchase any Hermanuspietersfontein Wine during the campaign period.
3. Campaign Period
3.1. The Campaign runs from 23 September 2025 to 14 October 2025
3.2. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend the Campaign period at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must purchase any Hermanuspietersfontein Wine during the campaign period.
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4.3. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4.4. By entering, participants agree to be signed up to OneDayOnly.co.za’s newsletter and to receive marketing communication from OneDayOnly.co.za.
5. Prize & Winner Selection
5.1. One (1) winner will be selected.
5.2. The prize consists of:
A 2-night stay for 8 people, including a complimentary case of wine on the farm in Stertswaai.

Not transferable, refundable, or swappable for cash. - Booking
Must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Blackout dates may apply (public holidays, long weekends, peak season).
Needs to be booked and used within 1 year of winning. - Stay details
Check-in: 14h00. Check-out:10h00.
Max 8 guests, no extras.
The house is self-catering.
2 nights - What’s not included
Transport, food, drinks, and extras aren’t part of the prize.
Any extra services will be charged at normal rates. - Guest responsibilities
Winner is liable for any damages or losses.
Property must be left neat and clean on departure. - Liability
Organisers/hosts not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage.
Guests must follow house rules and local laws. - Other stuff
Accommodation provider may amend/cancel if needed (e.g. unforeseen circumstances).
By using the prize, winner + guests accept these T&Cs.
5.3. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by a qualified independent party.
5.4. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days after the Campaign ends.
5.5. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Use of Personal Information
6.1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being processed by OneDayOnly.co.za in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Personal information will be used for purposes related to the Campaign, including winner verification, marketing communications, and future promotional activities by OneDayOnly.co.za.
6.3. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails. Unsubscribing will not disqualify an eligible entrant from winning the prize.
7. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
7.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Ts & Cs.
7.2. Fraudulent activity, including multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses, will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. OneDayOnly.co.za and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign.
8.2. OneDayOnly.co.za is not responsible for any technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting entry submissions or winner notifications.
9. Changes & Termination
9.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
10. Oversight:
10.1 This competition, including all procedures and the selection of the winner(s), is independently overseen by a qualified third party. All records are maintained in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
11. General
11.1. By participating in the Campaign, entrants accept that all decisions made by OneDayOnly.co.za regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
11.2. A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the OneDayOnly.co.za website for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the campaign's closing date and thereafter upon request for a period of 3 (three) years.
11.3. These Ts & Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa.
