The promoter of this offer is OneDayOnly.co.za (referred to as "OneDayOnly" or "ODO").
Offer Overview:
Selected customers who make their first-ever purchase via the OneDayOnly mobile app will receive a R100 voucher, provided the purchase meets the minimum spend requirement of R600.
Campaign Duration:
This offer is valid from 02 October 2025 to 31 October 2025.
Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify for the promotion.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Customers must be South African residents aged 18 years or older.
- To qualify, customers must download the OneDayOnly mobile app and make their first-ever purchase via the OneDayOnly mobile app (Android or iOS).
- Offer is open to new and existing customers, as long as it is their first app launch and first app-based purchase.
- Customers who have previously purchased via the app are not eligible for this promotion.
- Employees, Directors, agents (including advertising agencies), and immediate family members of OneDayOnly are excluded from participation.
Minimum Spend Requirement:
- A minimum spend of R600 (excluding shipping) in a single transaction is required to qualify for the R100 voucher.
Voucher Details:
- Vouchers issued by OneDayOnly.co.za can only be used to shop in the OneDayOnly mobile app or at OneDayOnly.co.za
- Voucher codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Voucher codes are limited to one use per customer
- Only one voucher code can be used per customer transaction
- Voucher codes are single-purpose - if a purchase/transaction amount comes to less that the voucher amount, the customer will not receive any compensation for the difference in voucher amount not used
- Vouchers are not valid with certain promotions – including any donations
- Voucher codes do not apply to shipping amounts unless otherwise stipulated in specific voucher communication
- Voucher codes are valid for one month unless otherwise stipulated in specific voucher communication, and once expired a voucher code cannot be reinstated
- Should an order fail or be cancelled for any reason, the voucher code will be null and void. In such an instance, please contact our customer service department customerservice@onedayonly.co.za for a replacement voucher code
- Minimum spend: Voucher codes are subject to a minimum spend as stipulated in the voucher communication sent with the relevant voucher code
- Cancellation: OneDayOnly reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any voucher code or associated promotion. In such event, where a voucher code is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the vouchers and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
- System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly which may cause the voucher redemption process to be disrupted or corrupted.
- Violation: Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the voucher holder.
General Terms and Conditions:
- If any fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion is suspected, OneDayOnly may revoke or withhold wallet credit and disqualify the participant.
- OneDayOnly’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or negotiation will be entered into.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- OneDayOnly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without notice, especially during this POC stage.
