from 00:00 until 23:59. These offers/deals will only be available on the OneDayOnly
App, while stocks last, unless stated otherwise and shall be subject to the following
additional terms and conditions:
1. Adding an item to your cart doesn't secure your purchase, nor would the item
or offer be reserved for any amount of time! The offers/deals will be
advertised on a first-paid, first-sold basis, without exception. Therefore, only
once you've completed checkout and effected payment of the full amount due,
as indicated on the OneDayOnly App, will your purchase be confirmed and
the item or offer be reserved.

3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel orders in full or in part, at our sole
discretion and as needed, prior to the delivery thereof to you or upon the
return thereof to us. If this happens, we’ll refund any successful payments
you've already made.
4. OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any
reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues, such as
software, hardware, network errors or payment errors by third-party payment
software or Apps. If payment is for any reason not received, your order will be
cancelled (with or without prior notice to you) and your item will not be
delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held liable or responsible for any
damages or loss incurred because of payment not being received. Ownership
of any such goods and items will accordingly remain with OneDayOnly.
5. These deals and all purchases remain subject to OneDayOnly's standard
Terms and Conditions and Returns Policies.
6. If we detect any improper use of the offers/deals/promotions, App or account,
which shall be determined in our sole discretion, OneDayOnly reserves the
right to cancel your order, or any orders placed and/or suspend all access to
our App and/or any accounts held with us.
