1. General
1.1. These Supplementary Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply only to selected Black Friday promotional deals and product drops offered and affected by OneDayOnly via the OneDayOnly Website (“the Website”) and Mobile Application (“the App”) between 21 November at 00:00 to 7 December 2025 23:59.
1.2. These limited promotional deals and products only refer to those deals and products offered, which will randomly and sporadically be made available to all OneDayOnly customers via the Website and/or the App (either or both) throughout the duration of the promotion.
1.3. By participating in this promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms, OneDayOnly’s Standard Terms and Conditions, and its Privacy and Return Policies.
1.4. These deals are promotional in nature and offered in the ordinary course of business to promote the sale of goods and services.
1.5. OneDayOnly may request personal information and seek specific documentation for delivery of specified promotional deals or products, including (but not limited to) a valid Television License where applicable.
2. Promotion Structure
2.1. Deals will be released randomly, sporadically and periodically throughout the promotional period, without notice, are subject to availability and only while allocated stocks last.
2.2. The discounts on these deals and products will be substantial and time-sensitive. Products may sell out quickly and are offered on a first-come, first-sold basis, without exception.
2.3. Each deal is valid only for the duration specified on the product page or until sold out.
3. Purchase Limits
3.1. To ensure fair access and opportunity to all, and to prevent the misuse or abuse of the promotional offer or deal or the OneDayOnly purchase platform, all such promotional offers and deal drops are strictly limited to one promotional product or deal per physical delivery address, person or account (whichever will be most
restrictive).
3.2. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to circumvent this restriction, including but not limited to:
3.2.1. Multiple accounts linked to the same user or household.
3.2.2. Use of alternate email addresses or payment methods to bypass limits.
3.2.3. Orders with similar delivery details or patterns indicative of manipulation.
3.3. These limitations are imposed to ensure equitable access and prevent unfair
commercial practices (as permitted in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of
2008).
4. Eligibility
4.1. The promotion is open to all persons over the age of 18 years.
4.2. Employees of OneDayOnly and its affiliates may participate unless otherwise stated,
but are subject to the same purchase limits.
5. Payment and Delivery
5.1. Adding a promotional deal or product to the customer’s cart does not secure the purchase, nor would the promotional deal or product be reserved for any amount of time for any person or party. Only once the customer has completed checkout and effected payment of the outstanding amount due, as well as the additional standard shipping costs as indicated on the OneDayOnly Website or App checkout pages, will the purchase be confirmed and the promotional deal or product be reserved.
5.2. If a OneDayOnly voucher is used towards payment or part payment of any promotional deal or product, it shall be limited to 1 (one) per order. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given as a refund. Should the purchase value be lower than the voucher value, no change will be issued, nor can the remaining value be redeemed on another transaction, nor at another time. The voucher value must be redeemed in full.
5.3. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional deals, minimum spend vouchers or discount codes.
5.4. OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues, such as software, hardware, network errors or payment errors by third-party payment software or Apps. If payment is for any reason not received, the customer’s order will be cancelled (with or without prior notice) and the customer’s deal or product will not be delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or loss incurred because of payment not being received. Ownership of any such goods and items will accordingly remain with OneDayOnly.
5.5. Delivery timelines may vary due to high demand and location. Standard delivery times will still apply as far as possible.
5.6. OneDayOnly is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Standard return policies apply unless otherwise stated on the product’s page.
6.2. Any refunds will be processed in accordance with OneDayOnly’s refund policy. Refunds for price drop promotional deals and products will be limited to the amount which the customer paid at checkout, excluding any shipping costs.
6.3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to charge any return delivery fees.
6.4. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel any promotional deal or product offers or orders in full or in part, at its sole discretion and as needed, prior to the delivery thereof to the customer or upon the return thereof. If this happens, OneDayOnly shall refund any successful payments made, less any voucher amount. Any voucher amount, despite used, shall not be credited to a customer’s account.
7. Fraud and Abuse
7.1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected abuse or misuse of the promotion, the Website or the App, including:
7.1.1. Cancellation of the order, any order or all orders placed or delivered.
7.1.2. Demanding return of any product delivered.
7.1.3. Suspension of any account or use of the Website or App.
7.1.4. Take legal action where warranted.
7.2. Any conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of the promotion may result in
disqualification.
8. Changes and Termination
8.1. OneDayOnly may, within its sole discretion, amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time and for any reason.
8.2. Any changes will be posted on the Website and App.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South
African courts.
