1.1 For purposes of these General Terms and Conditions and elsewhere on the website, "OneDayOnly" means OneDayOnly Offers (Pty) Ltd, Reg nr: 2009/020929/07. OneDayOnly's head office is located at Unit G06 - The Old Castle Brewery, 6 Beach Road, Woodstock, 7925, South Africa
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions will apply to any and all agreements and legal relations pursuant to which OneDayOnly acts as a supplier of items.
3. Product specifications; pricing; ttypographical errors
3.1 OneDayOnly will not be required to execute an order or compensate a buyer for any loss if OneDayOnly made an error when presenting the item, formulating its characteristics or specifications, or stating its price, and
i) it should have been clear to the buyer that such involved a printing or clerical error; or ii) if the buyer should not, under the circumstances, have reasonably relied on OneDayOnly delivering quoted item, with stated characteristics, at this price.
4.1 Products sold by OneDayOnly are billed in Rands (zar) and include VAT.
5.1 Items are currently delivered to buyers in the Republic of South Africa. Purchase agreements are concluded with natural persons not acting in the course of a profession or business only. Therefore any VAT charged will not at any time be refunded.
6. Costs of Delivering the Items
6.1 All prices of the items posted on the website are exclusive of delivery costs.
6.2 Delivery costs will be stated separately when settling the order and may vary daily and for each order.
7. Delivery and Delivery Period
7.1 OneDayOnly shall endeavour to supply the items ordered to the delivery address within 5 - 10 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays) of the order confirmation and the required receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. Prior to delivering an order, the customer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, customers must state a valid telephone number on which they can be reached during the day (such as their number at work or a mobile phone number), so that the delay, if any, will be as short as possible.
7.2 OneDayOnly shall arrange delivery by post or dispatch orders in any other way, at OneDayOnly's sole discretion. Orders will not be sent to a PO Box address. Note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries.
7.3 OneDayOnly may dispatch the delivery in parts, however, any extra costs for such additional deliveries will be borne by OneDayOnly unless otherwise stated.
7.4 OneDayOnly uses third-party couriers to deliver goods. A valid proof of delivery or courier run-sheet will be conclusive proof that the parcel was delivered to the address provided on the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.
7.5 Addresses may be amended on a customer’s My Orders page. In the event that no amendment is possible from this page, the goods may already be in transit and an address change may not be possible. Address changes after goods have already been processed may incur additional shipping charges.
7.6 The onus is on the Customer to inform OneDayOnly if an order or part of an order is undelivered within 30 calendar days from the date of sale. OneDayOnly will not entertain any claim for undelivered items outside of 30 calendar days from the date of sale where a valid dispatch reflects against the order.
7.7 OneDayOnly cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from a delayed delivery due to circumstances out of the company's control.
7.8 Where a person has given permission to have something delivered/collected to/from a 3rd party location such as a reception area or security annexe, this delivery/collection will be deemed to have been fulfilled where said package has been signed for.
8. Stock Availability
8.1 Stock on offer is limited. OneDayOnly shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, OneDayOnly shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders at advertised prices.
8.2 OneDayOnly shall endeavour to fulfil a customer’s order to the best of their abilities. However, circumstances outside of OneDayOnly’s control may arise where a customer’s order may not be fulfilled e.g. damaged stock or stock unavailability from OneDayOnly’s supplier. In cases like these, OneDayOnly shall only be liable to refund the customer’s monies paid.
9. Payment & Refunds
9.1 Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), 1Voucher, Discovery Miles, eBucks, SnapScan, Zapper, Ozow, via store credit (a “wallet”), Vodapay, Payflex, Mobicred and direct EFT transfer. Online credit card transactions will be acquired for OneDayOnly via Peach Payments, PayU Payment Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“PayU”), Adumo (Pty) Ltd ("Adumo") and VodaPay. Peach Payments, PayU, Adumo and VodaPay use the strictest form of encryption and no credit card details are stored on their websites. Users may go to their websites (www.peachpayments.com, www.payu.co.za, www.adumo.com and www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/vodapay) to view their security certificates and security policies. Customer details will be stored by OneDayOnly separately from card details which are entered by the client on Peach Payments', PayU’s, Adumo's and VodaPay's secure sites. OneDayOnly takes all reasonable steps to scrutinise all transactions to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if OneDayOnly is not satisfied with its legitimacy.
9.2 EFT payments need to be made to one of OneDayOnly’s nominated bank accounts. The beneficiary reference (the reference that is going to reflect on OneDayOnly’s bank account) needs to be the customer order number. Proof of payments needs to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in PDF format within 2 hours of the order being placed from a registered bank email address. Failure to send a proof of payment in time may lead to the order being cancelled, in which case OneDayOnly will only be liable to refund any monies paid.
9.3 No forex or international EFT payments will be accepted. Any costs involved with the acceptance or refusal of forex payments will be for the account of the customer.
9.4 Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit, a “wallet”, which can be used towards future purchases on OneDayOnly. A customer may elect to receive a refund in lieu of store credit by means of an EFT, card reversal, 1Voucher re-issue, Payflex reversal, Mobicred reversal or eBucks reversal. eBucks, EFT payments, Zapper, SnapScan and OZOW payments may only be reversed by means of an EFT transfer or Store Credit. Payflex, Mobicred and Vodpay payments may only be reversed by means of the original payment method. Where a customer provides OneDayOnly with the incorrect account information, and a refund is successfully processed to the provided details, OneDayOnly will not be held responsible for any further refunds. Card reversals may take up to 14 business days to reflect. A valid proof of refund by OneDayOnly’s card processing partner shall be conclusive proof that a card reversal has been processed. Should a refund not reflect, the customer will have to approach their card issuing institution to investigate the matter.
9.5 For refunds processed through EFT for international accounts (Namibia,
Lesotho and Eswatini only), a fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the associated transaction costs. Please note that other international EFT refunds will not be possible.
10. Agreements of Sale
10.1 Placing an item in a shopping basket, or adding it to a wishlist without completing the purchase cycle, does not constitute an agreement of sale between OneDayOnly and the purchaser. Users cannot hold OneDayOnly liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed; and OneDayOnly may remove such an item from the shopping basket if no stock is available. An agreement of sale between OneDayOnly and a user only comes into effect if and when payment is received and the order is confirmed and processed by OneDayOnly during normal business hours (9am – 5pm). OneDayOnly reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. OneDayOnly also reserves the right to in its sole discretion cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate, in which event OneDayOnly shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.
10.2 A customer is entitled to cancel their order, provided that it has not yet been processed. If it has been processed, our Returns Policy will apply. Some orders may not be cancelled after they have been placed, including travel deals, voucher codes, OneDayOnly Gift Vouchers, personalised items and donations.
11. Returns Policy
OneDayOnly will only accept returns in accordance with this policy, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications & Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and any other applicable law. Our returns policy needs to be read with section 12, our standard warranty policy as well as our returns page on the website. See section 9 for more info about refunds.
11.1 Items may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly delivered or where the customer changes their mind within the parameters set out below and as set out in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
11.2 Once a customer informs OneDayOnly of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is returned within 10 days after the first contact was received.
11.3 All returns need to be in original packaging, with all original accessories, parts and documentation unless otherwise agreed upon. The customer is responsible for packaging the return so as to avoid being damaged in transit.
11.4 No items may be returned without prior written authorisation from OneDayOnly. OneDayOnly will not be liable for any items lost in transit to OneDayOnly or items incorrectly handed over to couriers not instructed by OneDayOnly where no prior written authorisation has occurred. The customer will be liable for courier charges of return items incorrectly handed over. OneDayOnly will issue a returns form or returns authorisation number once the return has been authorised, which needs to accompany the return. The absence of this form or returns authorisation number may lead to a return not being processed, for which OneDayOnly will not be held liable.
Faulty and/or Damaged on Arrival Items
11.5 Faulty and damaged on-arrival items will be dealt with in accordance with sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
(i) In the case of damaged on-arrival items, the customer needs to notify OneDayOnly of any breakages, missing or damaged parts and accessories within 3 days of the receipt of the goods. OneDayOnly may ask for images of the goods and packaging, highlighting the extent of the damage. OneDayOnly will not entertain any claims of breakages, missing or damaged parts and accessories if this notification is not received within 3 days of the goods being delivered.
(ii) (a) Faulty items may be returned within the specified warranty period. If a warranty period is not indicated on the deal, a 6-month standard warranty will apply. If returned after 6 months and if there is a supplier warranty the supplier themselves has the right to decide on a repair/refund or replacement. The customer can request that faulty items are repaired or replaced provided a repair is possible or a replacement is available, alternatively request a refund of the price paid for the items. Where a repair or replacement is not possible, the customer will be refunded or credited the price paid for the items.
(b) OneDayOnly will cover the freight and insurance cost of a faulty item under warranty. Should our suppliers assess the item and find it to not be faulty or to be user damage, the customer may be liable for the return cost.
(c) A faulty item is a defective item with any material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product that makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
(d) The following does not constitute a defect, and will not be eligible for a refund, replacement or repair:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse and misuse, or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product;
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit the customer;
- in relation to Unboxed Deals, signs of handling and/or repackaging.
(e) Products requiring installation before use are to be installed by certified installers as prescribed by the product manufacturer. Failure to do so will void the implied and supplier-specific warranties.
Products requiring uninstallation before any fault assessment are to be removed by certified uninstallers as prescribed by the manufacturer. Any fault resulting from the uninstallation of said product by uncertified uninstallers will no longer be covered by the implied or supplier-specific warranty. OneDayOnly or its suppliers will not be held responsible for any fees incurred for the uninstallation of a faulty item unless otherwise specified.
(f) In assessing whether an item is defective or not, OneDayOnly may rely on its suppliers or independent assessment centres for feedback. In these cases, OneDayOnly’s supplier feedback will be final.
11.6 A customer is allowed to return an item within 7 days of receipt of the item if it is not faulty, subject to the following conditions:
i) The customer writes into OneDayOnly within 7 days of receipt of the item. Requests for returns outside of the 7-day window may not be entertained unless it is faulty in terms of section 11.5, subject to those provisions.
ii) The item must be in a re-sellable condition, in original packaging and include all original accessories, parts and documentation. OneDayOnly will inspect the item on return and if it is not in a re-sellable condition, dispatch it back to the customer.
iii) Certain items may not be returned once opened. This includes (but is not limited to): Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, beauty and cosmetic items and devices, fragrances, linen, bedding, towels, DVDs, CDs, games, software, foodstuffs, supplements, adult toys and accessories, animal feed, cleaning products, medical equipment, personal protective equipment, certain jewellery items, earphones and electronics
iv) Certain redemption vouchers may not be refunded once it has been issued to the customer via email. (OneDayOnly Gift Vouchers included)
v) Returns may be arranged on a customer’s behalf, or a customer may courier their goods back to OneDayOnly’s distribution centres under certain circumstances at their own cost. A customer may also drop off their return at OneDayOnly’s distribution centre, subject to prior approval.
vi) Returns under section 11.6 will be at the Customer’s cost. This cost will be offset against any refund or credit owed to the customer after an item has been returned.
vii) Returns on items dispatched directly from suppliers will be subject to a returns fee as prescribed by the supplier.
viii) OneDayOnly may arrange a third-party courier to collect these goods. The customer needs to be available during a pre-arranged slot to hand the goods to the courier. The goods need to be handed over to the correct courier and OneDayOnly will not be liable for goods handed to the incorrect courier. OneDayOnly will attempt two collections from the customer. No further collections will be attempted after two collections if the collection fails due to the customer (e.g. not available), and the customer will then have to arrange a return with their own courier at their own cost.
ix) Returns under section 11.6 will forfeit the initial delivery fee, which will not be refunded or credited once an item has been returned.
Incorrectly Received Items
11.7 Returns on incorrectly received items will be accepted subject to the following conditions.
- i) The customer needs to notify OneDayOnly of any incorrectly received goods within 3 days of the receipt of the goods. OneDayOnly may ask for images of the goods and packaging. OneDayOnly will not entertain any claims of incorrectly delivered goods if this notification is not received within 3 days of the goods being delivered.
- ii) The item must be in a re-sellable condition, in original packaging and include all original accessories, parts and documentation. OneDayOnly will inspect the item on return and if it is not in a re-sellable condition, dispatch it back to the customer.
iii) The return of the item will be at OneDayOnly’s cost. OneDayOnly may arrange a third-party courier to collect these goods. The customer needs to be available during a pre-arranged slot to hand the goods to the courier. The goods need to be handed over to the correct courier and OneDayOnly will not be liable for goods handed to the incorrect courier. OneDayOnly will attempt two collections from the customer. - iv) Returns may be arranged on a customer’s behalf, or a customer may courier their goods back to OneDayOnly’s distribution centres under certain circumstances. A customer may also drop off their return at OneDayOnly’s distribution centre, subject to prior approval.
Mobile and other Electronic Devices
11.8 Customers are solely responsible for backing up any data on mobile and other devices. OneDayOnly or its suppliers will not be held responsible for any data lost as a result of a faulty device.
12. Standard Warranty Policy
OneDayOnly’s standard warranty policy should be read with section 11, our returns policy.
12.1 OneDayOnly provides a 6-month warranty on all products sold on its website against defects or poor quality from the date of delivery. Where products are not subject to an extended supplier warranty, we cannot facilitate any returns outside of this 6-month period. Some consumable goods may not be subject to this warranty due to expiry dates.
12.2 Where a product has a supplier's warranty that extends beyond the 6-month Standard Warranty, such product can be returned within the extended supplier warranty period after delivery of the product. Please note that any extended supplier warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier or manufacturer. These are usually stated in a brochure or leaflet inside or on the product packaging, and may include the online registration of an extended warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to make themselves aware of any such terms and conditions.
12.3 Parallel/Grey Imports – Any products indicated to be parallel/grey imports have been imported without the approval, or license of the registered owner of the trademark and therefore no guarantee or warranty in respect of such goods will be honoured or fulfilled by any official or licensed importer of such goods. Any warranty claims on such products will be covered by OneDayOnly or the relevant third-party seller for the warranty period indicated for any specific product, alternatively where no such warranty period has been indicated, for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt.
13. Marketing and Special Promotions:
13.1 Every effort is made to feature all products shown on any sales promotional material. However, should a specific product become unavailable for any reason, OneDayOnly reserves the right to use that product image for all promotional elements without the guarantee of selling that product on the day.
13.2 For all Marketing competitions and Promotions OneDayOnly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on the website as soon as possible.
13.3 All special promotions (including but not limited to 80% - 100% off deals) are limited to one per customer. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel and refund excess orders in the form of store credit.
14. Applicable Law
14.1 This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law.
15. Restrictions on Sales
15.1 Alcohol & Tobacco products: Alcohol and tobacco products are not sold to persons under the age of eighteen years.
15.2 DVDs and Videos: The onus is on the purchaser to ensure that age restrictions on the above products are observed. Most of the DVDs available for purchase on OneDayOnly are encoded for use in region 2 or are encoded for multiple zones. DVDs encoded for other zones will be indicated as such. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase DVDs from the correct zone.
16. Personal Data
16.1 OneDayOnly respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of the personal information of Users in compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”) and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).
17. Changes To Agreement
17.1 OneDayOnly may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
18.1 OneDayOnly sells liquor under liquor licence number WC Liquor Authority: WCP/041029 - Gauteng Liquor Board: GLB7000012153.
18.2 It is an offence in terms of South African liquor legislation:
for any person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor and/or to present false evidence of his/her age in order to access liquor; and/or
to purchase liquor for or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 years.
18.3 OneDayOnly is committed to complying with all applicable liquor legislation and therefore will only;
sell liquor to you if you are of or above the age of 18 years; and
deliver liquor to the address chosen by you if the liquor is received at such address by a person of or above the age of 18 years.
18.4 OneDayOnly has implemented a number of precautions to ensure that it does not sell, supply and/or deliver liquor to persons under the age of 18 years.
These precautions include without limitation:
indicating on the relevant liquor product page on the Website that such liquor product is not for sale to persons under the age of 18 years;
verifying your age by requesting you to enter your date of birth when purchasing, or attempting to purchase, liquor through the Website;
verifying the age of the person receiving delivery of the liquor by requesting to see his/her identity document, passport or driver’s licence, if such person appears to be under the age of 18 years.
18.5 OneDayOnly may in its sole discretion refuse to sell or deliver liquor to any person if:
he/she refuses to provide his/her date of birth or identification requested for purposes of verifying his/her age;
it appears that he/she provided false information or evidence of his/her age in order to access liquor; or
he/she appears to be intoxicated.
18.6 OneDayOnly is not licenced to sell liquor for resale and you may accordingly not purchase liquor from OneDayOnly for the purpose of reselling it.
18.7 OneDayOnly is entitled to cancel, or not to process, any order for liquor which it suspects will be resold, in addition to any other remedy it may have under these Terms and Conditions or at law.
18.7 OneDayOnly will not sell liquor exceeding a total weight of 200 kilograms to any one person in a single day.
18.8 By purchasing, or attempting to purchase, liquor from OneDayOnly, you hereby acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and agree to provide OneDayOnly with truthful and accurate information and to comply with the applicable liquor legislation.
19. Travel Deals
19.1 OneDayOnly acts as an agent or intermediary only between you ("Customer") and the third-party supplier (“Supplier”). This means that we represent the Supplier by offering and selling you the Travel Deal on behalf of the Supplier. When you buy a Travel Deal through us, you acknowledge and agree that we act only as an agent for the Supplier and/or its third-party service providers, which are solely responsible for providing you with the travel or Products /Services which you have booked.
19.2 By offering Travel Deals and/or bookings for travel to a particular destination, OneDayOnly, our directors, employees or agents do not in any way represent or warrant that travel to such destination is advisable or without risk, and you agree that we will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damage, loss, death or injury that may result from your travel to such destinations. OneDayOnly (including our directors, employees and agents) will also not be liable for any loss, costs, damage, injury, illness, harm or death which you may suffer or incur as a result of any act or omission on the part of or the failure of the Supplier or its third-party service providers to fulfil their obligations to you, whether in relation to travel services, travel arrangements, accommodation or in any other manner.
19.3 In the event of a Supplier and/or its third-party service providers being unable to provide you with the Products /Services you have booked due to that Supplier and/or its third-party service providers becoming insolvent, entering business rescue proceedings or being placed under administration, subject to your refund and remedy rights under the applicable South African legislation, OneDayOnly has no obligation to reimburse you for the cost of your booking, or for any loss or damage you may otherwise suffer as a result of any such events.
19.4 All Products /Services sold to you in terms of a Travel Deal will be supplied to you by the Supplier and its third-party service providers and not by OneDayOnly. These Suppliers and third-party service providers all have their own terms and conditions applicable to your Travel Deal. By accepting OneDayOnly’s booking terms and by purchasing a Travel Deal, you also accept and agree to be bound by the Supplier’s and various third-party service provider’s terms and conditions as applicable at the time of purchasing the Travel Deal. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the OneDayOnly Travel Deal booking terms and conditions and the Supplier and/or third-party service provider’s terms and conditions, their terms and conditions will prevail.
19.5 The Travel Deal Supplier and/or its third-party service providers will be identified on your order confirmation and their third-party service provider agreement(s) applicable to your booking will be available on their websites or can be obtained by contacting them directly. By booking Travel Deals with us or by signing or electronically accepting the booking terms, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by these OneDayOnly Travel Deal booking terms as well as the applicable third-party service provider agreement(s).
19.6 We rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller forming part of the booking, who hereby confirms that he/she is authorized to do so and that he/she binds all such travellers to these terms and any applicable third-party service provider agreement(s).
19.7 If you have any problem with the Products /Services, OneDayOnly will assist you in taking it up with the Supplier. All refund requests shall be subject to confirmation by the Supplier that the Travel Deal has not been redeemed.
19.8 OneDayOnly will provide you with the details for the redemption of the Travel Deal. Redemption shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier as stated in the Travel Deal and/or on the Supplier’s website. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Supplier’s terms and conditions before redemption.
19.9 It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your redemption details. OneDayOnly and/or the Supplier cannot be held liable where you lose your redemption details and/or allow another third party to gain access thereto.
19.10 OneDayOnly as a third-party agent does not guarantee the delivery of the Products/Services.
19.11 You agree not to sell any Travel Deal or your redemption details to any third party without the prior written consent of the Supplier and OneDayOnly. You furthermore agree not to attempt to duplicate any redemption details or to make use thereof in breach of the Supplier’s terms and conditions.
19.12 The validity and expiry of redemption of any Travel Deal is subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions and any applicable legislation. The onus lies with you to make use of the Travel Deal and/or redemption code within the stated validity period.
19.13 All prices for bookings advertised by us are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice to you. Advertised prices may be limited to travel within specified dates. OneDayOnly is not liable for any errors or omissions (for example incorrect pricing, values, contact information, changes in Supplier business address etc).
19.15 Where a Travel Deal price contains an inadvertent and obvious error, OneDayOnly is not bound by it and will be entitled to correct the error in the displayed price. If a pricing correction affects your pending order, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your booking at the correct price, or we will cancel your pending order without penalty. We are under no obligation to honour a misquote and may correct the pricing prior to payment being taken. OneDayOnly will use reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as possible after being notified of them. OneDayOnly reserves the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any Travel Deal, Redemption Code, Item, Services or information on the Website or forming part of the Products/Services.
20. Gift Vouchers
20.1 OneDayOnly from time to time offers electronic vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”) for sale on its website.
Customers have to complete online payment via the website whereafter the gift voucher selected will be immediately emailed to the chosen recipient. Gift Vouchers paid for via EFT will be sent once the funds clear into the relevant OneDayOnly bank account. A copy of the Gift Voucher will be sent to the purchaser’s e-mail address for record purposes.
20.2 OneDayOnly shall not be responsible for the loss, unauthorised use or unauthorised distribution of a Gift Voucher, after it has delivered the Gift Voucher to you, or the email address nominated by you.
20.3 Should an order fail or be cancelled for any reason (for example, if an EFT payment is not made with proof of payment sent within the required 2-hour time frame) the gift voucher will not be sent to the recipient and a new order must be placed.
20.4 Gift Vouchers do not incur a shipping fee.
20.5 Gift vouchers purchased from OneDayOnly may only be used to shop at OneDayOnly.co.za
Gift vouchers may be used as many times as needed until the complete voucher value has been redeemed.
20.6 Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. This will be indicated on the gift voucher email sent to the recipient.
20.7 Gift Vouchers not used within this time frame will be forfeited.
20.8 Gift Vouchers may not be purchased using a OneDayOnly promotional voucher code.
20.9 Gift Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers do not attract interest and are non-refundable after purchasing from OneDayOnly.
20.10 Gift Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other type of voucher

21. Promotional vouchers
21.1 OneDayOnly from time to time issues promotional and/or discount hard copy or electronic vouchers (“Promotional Vouchers”) via its website, e-mail or other form of marketing campaigns.
Promotional Vouchers can be for a fixed amount or a fixed percentage of discount and are issued to be used once only and only on OneDayOnly’s website.
21.2 Promotional Vouchers are issued at the sole discretion of OneDayOnly and we are entitled at any time to correct, cancel or reject a Promotional Voucher for any reason (including without limitation where a Promotional Vouchers has been distributed in error or in an unauthorised manner).
21.3 Customers do not have a right to Promotional Vouchers, and Promotional Vouchers cannot be earned. Promotional Vouchers are issued subject to specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used.
21.4 Promotional Vouchers are subject to a minimum spend amount in order to be redeemable. The minimum spend amount excludes shipping charges. Certain Promotional Vouchers are subject to a maximum spend as indicated.
21.5 Promotional Vouchers are only valid for the validity dates stated on the voucher itself and are not redeemable outside of those dates.
21.6 Customers can only redeem one Promotional Voucher per order.
21.7 Where Promotional Vouchers are issued on behalf of a specific supplier, such vouchers will only be redeemable for the specific product indicated on such voucher.
21.8 Customers agree not to sell any Promotional Vouchers to any third party or to attempt to duplicate any voucher details or to make use thereof in breach of these terms and conditions.
21.9 In the event that a Customer wishes to return any products purchased utilising a Promotional Voucher then the Customer shall be refunded the value of the product less the value of the Promotional Voucher.
22. Intellectual Property Rights
22.1 All the content, trademarks and data on this website, including but not limited to, software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs and agreements, are the property of or licensed to OneDayOnly and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.
