When returning an unwanted item there are a number of things to remember when calculating what your refund will be.
Please note that the below does not apply to faulty or incorrect/damaged items.
Shipping Fee
This fee is non-refundable for "changed-mind" returns. We've paid the courier and (even after begging) they won't refund this amount to us. Something to do with "services rendered" apparently.
Collection Fee
This fee is normally the same as the shipping fee and will be quoted before any item is collected. Sometimes the collection fee will differ due to the location of the collection address or the nature of the item. The collections fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If an item is dropped off at one of our DC's (Distribution Centres) we will not charge a collection fee (obviously). We call this a "walk-in" and you are welcome to come pay us a visit at any of our DC's in Cape Town or Johannesburg between 08:00 - 16:30, Monday- Friday.
Voucher Codes redeemed on an order
Voucher codes applied to an order, are applied proportionately to the value of the items ordered and are only refunded for the monies paid, as vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Free Standard Shipping for 3+ deals in cart
