Yes, you can!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or item received, you're doing school runs, have an office-based job, or just want to see where our warehouses are situated, you are welcome to do what we call a drop-off return at either our Cape Town or Johannesburg warehouse.
The best part about dropping off your return? It's FREE! We won't charge you a collection fee because you did the legwork of getting your item to us. For more info on returns charges, click here.
Simply log a return via your My Orders page to get the process started:
- Click on the relevant order
- Scroll down and select the big ‘LOG A RETURN' button at the bottom of the order.
- Choose 'Drop off product' as well as your preferred OneDayOnly drop-off point.
Once your return is logged, our customer service team will evaluate and validate your return for eligibility before it is processed.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation being obtained.
We do suggest that any delicate, larger items and anything that may get damaged while being returned by courier are dropped off at your nearest drop-off point.

Kindly note that our warehouse operation times for drop-off returns are from 08:00 - 16:30, Monday- Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).
Customers are responsible for getting the item/s to our drop-off points within 10 days of logging the return.
