WIN your cart back competition - Terms and Conditions:
1. Introduction
1.1. These Ts & Cs apply to the WIN your cart back with FNB eBuck Pay Day campaign (“the Campaign”), hosted by OneDayOnly.co.za.
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to be bound by these Ts & Cs.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older
2.2.Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly.co.za and FNB or their associated partners are not eligible to enter.
2.3. This campaign is open to FNB eBucks customers only. By entering, participants confirm that they are an FNB eBucks customer.
3. Campaign Period
3.1. The Campaign runs on 15 March 2026 until midnight
3.2. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend the Campaign period at its discretion.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must place and successfully complete a purchase on OneDayOnly.co.za or the OneDayOnly app on 15 March 2026 before midnight and use FNB eBucks as full or partial payment at checkout. The order must be successfully paid and not cancelled/refunded
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4.3. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4.4. Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the Campaign when checking out using FNB eBucks on the OneDayOnly website or app during the Campaign period
5. Prize & Winner Selection
5.1. One (1) winner will be selected.
5.2. The prize consists of the value of the winner’s qualifying purchase refunded as OneDayOnly wallet credit, limited to a maximum value of R5,000
5.3. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible purchases made during the campaign period by a qualified independent party
5.4. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days after the Campaign ends.
5.5. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. “WIn your cart back” refers to the refund of the purchase value as wallet credit and not a cash refund.
5.7. Wallet credit will be issued to the winner’s OneDayOnly account used at checkout.
6. Use of Personal Information
6.1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being processed by OneDayOnly.co.za in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the Campaign, including administration, winner verification, and communications by OneDayOnly.co.za.
6.3. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails. Unsubscribing will not disqualify an eligible entrant from winning the prize.
7. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention
7.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Ts & Cs.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. OneDayOnly.co.za and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign.
8.2. OneDayOnly.co.za is not responsible for any technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting entry submissions or winner notifications.
9. Changes & Termination
9.1. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
10. Oversight:
10.1 This competition, including all procedures and the selection of the winner(s), is independently overseen by a qualified third party. All records are maintained in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
11. General
11.1. By participating in the Campaign, entrants accept that all decisions made by OneDayOnly.co.za regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
11.2. A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the OneDayOnly.co.za website for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the campaign's closing date and thereafter upon request for a period of 3 (three) years.
11.3. These Ts & Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Free Shipping - Terms and Conditions:
- Free Standard Shipping, with a value of R69, is exclusively applicable to transactions and orders conducted using FNB eBucks as the payment method on the OneDayOnly Website and App using specific code sent to FNB eBucks customers.
- This offer is valid 15 March 2026 until midnight for orders with a total value of R250 or more and is limited to FNB eBucks customers making use of the code
- Free shipping will be applied at checkout when the customer applies the code
- This offer covers shipping up to the value of R69 per order. If the shipping cost for the order exceeds R69, the customer is responsible for covering the remaining shipping charges.
- If the free standard shipping is not applied at checkout, it will not be refunded.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional vouchers.
- This offer is not valid for returns, and a collection fee will be applicable.
- Customers must ensure that they have completed their shipping address on the order before the Free Shipping offer is applied.
- OneDayOnly reserves the right to terminate the R69 promotion or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
- If the R69 free standard shipping voucher is removed, it cannot be reinstated.
