Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Details and Dates:
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Ts & Cs”) shall apply to the OneDayOnly Voucher Hunt Campaign (“the Campaign”).
1.2. The Campaign will run from Monday, 23 March 2026 at 00:00 until Sunday, 29 March 2026 at 23:59 (“Campaign Period”).
1.3. Promotional Vouchers to the total value of R 500,000.00 will be hidden somewhere on the OneDayOnly Website and OneDayOnly App throughout the Campaign Period. 1.4. The Vouchers and the Campaign are promotional in nature and offered in the ordinary course of business to promote the sale of goods and services.
1.5. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, reduce, or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.
1.6. By participating in the Campaign, Customers agree to be bound by these T&Cs, as well as OneDayOnly’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Standard Returns Policy, and any other applicable Company Policies.
1.7. In the event of any conflict between these T&Cs and any other OneDayOnly policy, these T&Cs will take precedence for purposes of the Campaign.
2. Eligibility:
2.1. The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly or its partners may not participate and is not eligible to realise any voucher or voucher codes.
2.3. The Campaign is open to any Customer who visits the OneDayOnly Website or App during the Campaign Period.
3. How the Voucher Hunt Campaign Works:
[A] General Overview:
3.1. During the Campaign Period, OneDayOnly will hide voucher codes or voucher icons (“Vouchers”) intermittently and randomly on the OneDayOnly Website and the OneDayOnly App, throughout each day.
3.2. Customers are invited to search the OneDayOnly Website and/or App to find these hidden Vouchers, which can be redeemed for a discount towards deals purchased on either platform during that day.
3.3. Vouchers will be hidden anywhere on the Website or App, including in:
3.3.1. any deal listed in any of the main deal categories;
3.3.2. any product or deal images;
3.3.3. any product or deal description; or
3.3.4. any other location on the Website or App, accessible to the Customer, as determined by OneDayOnly.
3.4. The quantity, value, and timing of each Voucher and Voucher placements will be determined solely by OneDayOnly.
[B] Voucher Types:

3.5. Vouchers differ according to discount value and redemption conditions or requirements. 3.6. Voucher types for the Canpaign may include, but are not limited to:
3.6.1. Unconditional Discount Vouchers (with no required minimum spend): a. R 50.00 off
b. R 1,000.00 off (single-use only)
3.6.2. Conditional Discount Vouchers (with a required minimum spend amount): a. R 69.00 Free Shipping - subject to a minimum spend of R200.00.
b. R 75.00 off - subject to a minimum spend of R250.00.
c. R 100.00 off - subject to a minimum spend of R350.00.
d. R 200.00 off - subject to a minimum spend of R600.00.
3.7. The Conditional Discount Vouchers all require the Customer to meet (or exceed) the above stated minimum spend amount threshold before the Voucher can be redeemed. The minimum spend amount excludes all shipping costs.
3.8. Additional Voucher specific conditions for the R69.00 Free Shipping Voucher include that: a. The Voucher only covers shipping costs up to the value of R69.00 for 1 (one) order. b. Standard shipping rates shall apply.
c. If the shipping costs of the order exceed R69.00, the total amount outstanding shall be reduced by the value of the Voucher. The Voucher will cover the first R69.00 of the shipping costs, and the Customer shall be responsible for the remaining balance. Any outstanding shipping costs shall be added to the total amount due in respect of all Deals purchased, and the Customer shall be required to pay the full amount simultaneously.
d. The Voucher cannot be used towards the costs of returns, and a collection fee will apply to any return requested by the Customer.
3.9. Only one R1,000-off Voucher will be hidden per day, and it may only be redeemed once by the first Customer who successfully applies it at checkout and pays all outstanding amounts due.
3.10. Any Vouchers found (excluding the R1,000-off Voucher) may be redeemed by multiple Customers while still active; however, each Customer will be limited to one (1) Voucher of each Voucher type per day, and each Voucher must be applied to a separate purchase transaction, subject to the total purchase complying with the minimum spend requirements prescribed for that Voucher type.
[C] Voucher Rotation & Availability:
3.11. Voucher types will change and rotate throughout the day.
3.12. Vouchers are valid only on the day they are found and expire at 23:59 on that same date.
3.13. The Voucher available for redemption by a Customer at any given time on any day is determined solely by the type of Voucher that the Customer is able to find on that specific day.
3.14. A Voucher remains active only for the day on which it is added and made available, and will remain so until OneDayOnly replaces it with a new Voucher type or the Voucher is hidden elsewhere on the following day.
3.15. OneDayOnly retains full discretion to determine:
a. which Voucher types are active;
b. when Vouchers are replaced;

c. how many Vouchers are available;
d. where Vouchers are hidden; and
e. to restrict or remove any Vouchers, at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
3.16. These limitations are imposed to ensure equitable access and prevent unfair commercial practices (as permitted in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008).
[D] Finding & Redeeming Vouchers:
3.17. The steps to redeem a Voucher are:
a. Visit www.onedayonly.co.za or download and open the OneDayOnly App. b. Add products to your cart.
c. Find the hidden Voucher.
d. Make sure that you meet the required minimum spend amount.
e. Proceed to checkout.
f. Tick “I have a voucher”.
g. Enter the unique Voucher code.
h. Click “Apply”.
i. Pay the remaining balance.
3.18. Finding a Voucher does not guarantee successful redemption. Redemption remains subject to all requirements, availability of the products or goods, and successful payment.
[E] Voucher Rules:
3.19. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be issued.
3.20. Vouchers cannot be used with any other promotional codes, discount offers, or minimum-spend Vouchers.
3.21. If a purchase made using a Voucher stands to be refunded, the Voucher value will not be reinstated or refunded.
3.22. Vouchers may not be shared publicly or distributed for mass redemption.
4. Orders and Payment:
4.1. By participating in the Campaign, all Customers acknowledges that the deals on the OneDayOnly website and App are only available for 24 (twenty-four) hours.
4.2. Adding an item to the Customer’s cart does not secure a purchase or reserve the item for any amount of time.
4.3. All offers / deals are time-sensitive, can only be purchased and paid for on the day and remain subject to availability and while stocks last.
4.4. Deals are offered and sold on a first paid first sold basis, without exception.
4.5. An order is only confirmed, and an item will only be reserved, once full payment (including all shipping costs), is received.
4.6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel orders in full or in part, at its sole discretion and as needed, prior to the delivery thereof to the Customer or upon the return thereof. If this happens, OneDayOnly shall refund all payments made, excluding the Voucher Value.
4.7. OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues, such as software, hardware, network errors or payment errors by third party payment software or Apps. If payment is for any reason not received, the Customer’s order will be cancelled (with or without prior notice to you) and the Customer’s item will not be delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or loss incurred because of payment not being received. Ownership of any such goods and items will accordingly remain with OneDayOnly.
5. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

5.1. Standard shipping rates and delivery timelines apply, irrespective of a Voucher being used. 5.2. OneDayOnly cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers and only undertakes to assist in the process to the best of its ability. 5.3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to charge a reasonable return collection fee. 5.4. Refunds will be processed according to the amount actually paid, excluding any Voucher value, shipping costs and collection fees.
5.5. The terms and conditions of the Standard Return and Refund Policies should be applied for all aspects not specifically mentioned herein.
6. Personal Information:
6.1. Customers must ensure that their contact information and delivery details are correct and up to date.
6.2. Customers agree to be signed up to OneDayOnly’s newsletter and to receive marketing communication from OneDayOnly as part of their redemption of any Voucher.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Account Suspension
7.1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the Campaign, Website, App, or Voucher system.
7.2. OneDayOnly may cancel any order where a Voucher is used fraudulently or contrary to these T&Cs.
7.3. Fraudulent or abusive behaviour includes, but is not limited to
7.3.1. creating multiple accounts,
7.3.2. automated searching or scraping,
7.3.3. exploiting system vulnerabilities, and/or
7.3.4. sharing Voucher codes publicly to manipulate redemption
7.4. OneDayOnly may, at its sole discretion:
7.4.1. cancel any order,
7.4.2. revoke any Voucher,
7.4.3. suspend or terminate any Customer account, and/or
7.4.4. pursue legal action where warranted.
7.5. OneDayOnly also reserves the right to recover the total costs of any duplicated or misused Voucher redemptions from any Customer.
8. Changes, Suspension & Termination
8.1. OneDayOnly may amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Campaign and the redemption of any Vouchers, without prior notice.
8.2. OneDayOnly may amend these terms and conditions at any stage of the Campaign, and for any reason it deems fit. Customers are bound by the most recent version.
8.3. Any changes will be published on the Website or App.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. OneDayOnly will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from facilitating or participation in the Campaign or use of Vouchers.
9.2. OneDayOnly is not responsible for technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting Voucher discovery, redemption, or order processing.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10.2. Any disputes arising from the Campaign shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts and be adjudicated in terms of South African Law.

11. General
11.1. OneDayOnly’s decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
11.2. A copy of these T&Cs will be available on the OneDayOnly Website for 30 days after the Campaign ends and thereafter upon request for a period of 3 years
