In Your App Era April Campaign | Terms & Conditions

ONEDAYONLY APRIL APP-ONLY CAMPAIGNS: 

During the month of April, OneDayOnly will be running the following promotional campaigns for purchases on the OneDayOnly App:

First-Time App Shopper: R200 Conditional Discount Voucher Campaign 

&

Shop on the OneDayOnly App and win an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Campaign

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. CAMPAIGN DETAILS AND DATES:

    1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) shall apply to the First-Time OneDayOnly App Shopper R200.00 Conditional Discount Voucher Campaign (“the Voucher Campaign”) and the Shop on the OneDayOnly App and win an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Campaign (“the Shop & Win Campaign”).  

    2. Both Campaigns will run from Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at 00:00 until Thursday, 30 April 2026 at 23:59 (“Campaign Period”) and will only apply to customers using the OneDayOnly mobile App (Android or iOS). 

    3. The Voucher Campaign will provide Conditional Promotional Vouchers to the value of R200.00 (per person) to all customers who makes their first time ever purchase of any deal or deals on the OneDayOnly App to the total minimum value of R950.00 (excluding shipping) throughout the Campaign Period.

    4. The Shop & Win Campaign will provide an automatic entry into a draw to win an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB (“iPhone 17 Pro”) to all customers who has purchased and successfully paid for any deal on the OneDayOnly App, regardless of the value, throughout the Campaign Period.  

    5. The Vouchers and the Campaigns are promotional in nature and offered in the ordinary course of business to promote the sale of goods and services.  

    6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, reduce, or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion. 

    7. By participating in the Campaigns, Customers agree to be bound by these T&Cs, as well as OneDayOnly’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Standard Returns Policy, and any other applicable Company Policies.

    8. In the event of any conflict between these T&Cs and any other OneDayOnly policy, these T&Cs will take precedence for purposes of the Campaign. 

  2. ELIGIBILITY:

    1. The Campaigns are open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.

    2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly or its partners may not participate and is not eligible to realise any voucher or voucher codes.

  1. HOW EACH CAMPAIGN WORKS:

[A] The Voucher Campaign:

[i] General Overview:

  1. During the Campaign Period, OneDayOnly will provide all first time ever App customers with a R200.00 Conditional Discount Vouchers subject to a required minimum spend amount of R950.00 in a single transaction. 

  2. The Voucher Campaign is open to new and existing customers, subject to it being their first app-based purchase. Customers who have previously purchased via the app are not eligible for this promotion. 

  3. The Conditional Discount Voucher require every Customer to meet (or exceed) the above stated minimum spend amount threshold before the Voucher can be redeemed. The minimum spend amount excludes all shipping costs, which shall not be included as forming part of the minimum spend transaction. Standard shipping rates shall apply. 

  4. The Voucher cannot be used towards the costs of returns, and a collection fee will apply to any return requested by the Customer. 

  5. The steps to redeem a Voucher are:

  1. Download and open the OneDayOnly App.

  2. Add products to your cart to the value of R950.00 or more. 

  3. All first-time users or first-time purchases will have a special voucher code presented via the App Pop-Up, and/or sent via email, and/or can retrieve it from OneDayOnly Customer Services department by sending an email to customerservice@onedayonly.co.za. 

  4. Proceed to checkout.

  5. Enter the unique Voucher code.

  6. Click “Apply”.

  7. Pay the remaining balance and the shipping costs.

[ii] Voucher Rules:

  1. After the customer was found to be eligible for a Voucher and have obtained the Voucher Code by adhering to al the terms above, the Voucher / Voucher Code can be used towards a further purchase throughout the Campaign Period. The Voucher / Voucher Code will only be valid for, and should be redeemed within, the duration of the Campaign Period. 

  2. Vouchers / Voucher Codes cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be issued.

  3. Vouchers / Voucher Codes cannot be used with any other promotional codes, discount offers, or minimum-spend Vouchers.

  4. If a purchase made using a Voucher / Voucher Code stands to be refunded, the Voucher value will not be reinstated or refunded.

  5. Vouchers / Voucher Codes may not be shared publicly or distributed for mass redemption. 

  6. Should an order fail or be cancelled for any reason, the Voucher / Voucher Code will be null and void.

  7. OneDayOnly reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any Vouchers, Voucher Codes or associated promotions. In such event, where a Voucher / Voucher Code is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Vouchers and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.

  8. No member of OneDayOnly is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly which may cause the voucher redemption process to be disrupted or corrupted. 

  9. This Voucher Campaign is currently being tested with a limited group. OneDayOnly may choose to extend or adapt the promotion for wider availability in the future. 

[B] The Shop & Win Campaign:

[i] General Overview:

  1. During the Campaign Period, all Customers purchasing and successfully paying for any deal on the OneDayOnly App, stands a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB. This is not only for first time buyers but open to all Customers and towards any deal on the App throughout the Campaign Period. 

  2. Each successful purchase will constitute one (1) automatic entry into the competition. 

  3. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted (unless otherwise stated). Duplicate entries will be disqualified.  

  4. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the closing date will not be considered. 

[ii] Shop & Win Rules:

  1. One (1) winner will be selected.

  2. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by a qualified independent third party.

  3. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 (seven) calendar days after the Campaign ends. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after an attempt to contact him/her was made, OneDayOnly reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

  4. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

  5. In the event of any full return or refund, the entry will be forfeited. 

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT:

    1. By participating in the Campaigns, all Customers acknowledges that the deals on the OneDayOnly App are only available for 24 (twenty-four) hours. 

    2. Adding an item to the Customer’s cart does not secure a purchase or reserve the item for any amount of time.

    3. All offers / deals are time-sensitive, can only be purchased and paid for on the day and remain subject to availability and while stocks last.  

    4. Deals are offered and sold on a first paid first sold basis, without exception. 

    5. An order is only confirmed, and an item will only be reserved, once full payment (including all shipping costs), is received. 

    6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel orders in full or in part, at its sole discretion and as needed, prior to the delivery thereof to the Customer or upon the return thereof. If this happens, OneDayOnly shall refund all payments made, excluding the Voucher Value.

    7. OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues, such as software, hardware, network errors or payment errors by third party payment software or Apps. If payment is for any reason not received, the Customer’s order will be cancelled (with or without prior notice to the Customer) and the Customer’s item will not be delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or loss incurred because of payment not being received. Ownership of any such goods and items will accordingly remain with OneDayOnly.

  2. DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

    1. Standard shipping rates and delivery timelines apply, irrespective of a Voucher being used.

    2. OneDayOnly cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers and only undertakes to assist in the process to the best of its ability.  

    3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to charge a reasonable return collection fee. 

    4. Refunds will be processed according to the amount actually paid, excluding any Voucher value, shipping costs and collection fees.

    5. The terms and conditions of the Standard Return and Refund Policies should be applied for all aspects not specifically mentioned herein.

  3. PERSONAL INFORMATION:

    1. Customers must ensure that their contact information and delivery details are correct and up to date.

    2. Customers agree to be signed up to OneDayOnly’s newsletter and to receive marketing communication from OneDayOnly as part of their redemption of any Voucher or as part of their entry into the Shop & Win competition. 

  4. FRAUD, ABUSE & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

    1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the Campaigns, Website, App, or Voucher system.

    2. OneDayOnly may cancel any order where a Voucher is used fraudulently or contrary to these T&Cs. 

    3. Fraudulent or abusive behaviour includes, but is not limited to 

      1. creating multiple accounts,

      2. automated searching or scraping,

      3. exploiting system vulnerabilities, and/or

      4. sharing Voucher codes publicly to manipulate redemption

    4. OneDayOnly may, at its sole discretion:

      1. cancel any order,

      2. revoke any Voucher or competition entry,

      3. suspend or terminate any Customer account, and/or

      4. pursue legal action where warranted.

    5. OneDayOnly also reserves the right to recover the total costs of any duplicated or misused Voucher redemptions, or any other damages suffered from any Customer.

  5. CHANGES, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

    1. OneDayOnly may amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate either or both the Campaigns and the redemption of any Vouchers or Prize, without prior notice. 

    2. OneDayOnly may amend these T&Cs at any stage of the Campaigns, and for any reason it deems fit without notice to the Customer. Customers are bound by the most recent version. It is the Customer’s obligation to regularly check these T&Cs for any updates. 

    3. Any changes will be published on the Website or App.

  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. OneDayOnly will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from facilitating or participation in the Campaigns or use of Vouchers.

    2. OneDayOnly is not responsible for technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting Voucher discovery, redemption, or order processing.

  7. GOVERNING LAW

    1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

    2. Any disputes arising from the Campaigns shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts and be adjudicated in terms of South African Law.

  8. GENERAL

    1. The limitations above are imposed to ensure equitable access and prevent unfair commercial practices (as permitted in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008). 

    2. OneDayOnly’s decisions regarding the Campaigns are final and binding.

    3. A copy of these T&Cs will be available on the OneDayOnly Website for 30 days after the Campaigns end and thereafter upon request for a period of 3 years.
