OneDayOnly will be running the promotional campaign STREAK WEEK, where 5 customers stand the chance of winning back their cart value up to the value of R5,000.00
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. CAMPAIGN DETAILS AND DATES:
1.1. The Campaign is hosted by OneDayOnly Offers (Pty) Ltd, Reg nr: 2009/020929/07 situated
at Unit G06, The Old Castle Brewery, 6 Beach Road, Woodstock, 7925, South Africa.
1.2. These Terms & Conditions (“T& Cs”) shall apply to the Streak Week Campaign (“the
Campaign”).
1.3. The Campaign will run from Monday, 25 May 2026 at 00:00 until Friday 29 May 2026 at
23:59 (“Campaign Period”).
1.4. The Campaign shall only apply to all customers that purchased and successfully paid for
any deal during the Campaign Period, either on the OneDayOnly App or on the
OneDayOnly website, regardless of the value, throughout the Campaign Period.
1.5. The Campaign will allow 5 (five) lucky customers an entry into the draw to win the value of
their cart back in OneDayOnly wallet credit to the maximum value of R5,000.00 (five
thousand Rand).
1.6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, reduce, or extend the Campaign Period at its
sole discretion.
1.7. By participating in the Campaign, Customers agree to be bound by these T&Cs, as well as
OneDayOnly’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Standard Returns Policy, and
any other applicable Company Policies.
1.8. In the event of any conflict between these T& Cs and any other OneDayOnly policy, these
T& Cs will take precedence for purposes of the Campaign.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
2.1. The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly or its
partners may not participate and is not eligible to realise any voucher or voucher codes.
3. HOW THE CAMPAIGN WORKS:
3.1. OneDayOnly customers must purchase and successfully pay for any deal on the website
or App during the Campaign Period. The purchase must be successful and not
cancelled/refunded. In the event of any full return or refund, the entry will be forfeited.
3.2. OneDayOnly will release a specific code every day for the duration of Streak Weak/the
Campaign Period. The customer must accumulate and retain all the codes released on the
App and/or on the Website every day of the Campaign Period, regardless of the date of
purchasing their deal.
3.3. On the last day of the Campaign Period, the customer must correctly enter the entire
sequence of codes obtained during the week in the order it was released as part of their
entry into the Campaign and to stand a chance to win.
3.4. 5 (Five) customers will be selected as the winners of the Campaign. The winners will be
randomly selected from all eligible entries by a qualified independent party.
3.5. The 5 (five) independently selected winners will win back their highest cart value
purchased during the Campaign Period, to the maximum value of R5,000.00 (five
thousand Rand) in OneDayOnly Wallet Credit.
3.6. Wallet credit will be issued to the winner’s OneDayOnly account used at checkout.
3.7. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted (unless otherwise stated). Duplicate entries will
be disqualified.
3.8. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the closing date will not be
considered.
3.9. The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 (seven) calendar days after the
Campaign ends. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after an attempt to
contact him/her was made, OneDayOnly reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
3.10. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. “Win
your cart back” refers to the refund of the value as wallet credit and not a cash refund.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT:
4.1. By participating in the Campaign, all Customers acknowledges that the deals on the
OneDayOnly App and Website are only available for 24 (twenty-four) hours.
4.2. Adding an item to the Customer’s cart does not secure a purchase or reserve the item for
any amount of time.
4.3. All offers / deals are time-sensitive, can only be purchased and paid for on the day and
remain subject to availability and while stocks last.
4.4. Deals are offered and sold on a first paid first sold basis, without exception.
4.5. An order is only confirmed, and an item will only be reserved, once full payment (including
all shipping costs), is received.
4.6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel orders in full or in part, at its sole discretion and
as needed, prior to the delivery thereof to the Customer or upon the return thereof. If this
happens, OneDayOnly shall refund all actual payments made.
4.7. OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any reason whatsoever,
including, but not limited to, technical issues, such as software, hardware, network errors
or payment errors by third party payment software or Apps. If payment is for any reason
not received, the Customer’s order will be cancelled (with or without prior notice to the
Customer) and the Customer’s item will not be delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held
liable or responsible for any damages or loss incurred because of payment not being
received. Ownership of any such goods and items will accordingly remain with
OneDayOnly.
5. DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
5.1. Standard shipping rates and delivery timelines apply.
5.2. OneDayOnly cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by thirdparty couriers
or suppliers and only undertakes to assist in the process to the best of its ability.
5.3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to charge a reasonable return collection fee.
5.4. Refunds and Wallet credit will be processed according to the amount actually paid,
excluding any Voucher value, shipping costs and collection fees.
5.5. The terms and conditions of the Standard Return and Refund Policies should be applied
for all aspects not specifically mentioned herein.
6. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
6.1. By entering, participants consent to their personal information being processed by
OneDayOnly in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Customers must ensure that their contact information and delivery details are correct and
up to date.
6.3. Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the Campaign, including
administration, winner verification, and communications by OneDayOnly.
6.4. Customers agree to be signed up to OneDayOnly’s newsletter and to receive marketing
communication from OneDayOnly as part of their entry into the Campaign. Customers are
advised that they can opt-out at stage.
7. FRAUD, ABUSE & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
7.1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the Campaigns,
Website, App, or Voucher systems.
7.2. OneDayOnly may cancel any order purchased fraudulently or contrary to these T& Cs.
7.3. Fraudulent or abusive behaviour includes, but is not limited to
7.3.1. creating multiple accounts,
7.3.2. automated searching or scraping, and/or
7.3.3. exploiting system vulnerabilities.
7.4. OneDayOnly may, at its sole discretion:
7.4.1. cancel any order,
7.4.2. revoke any competition entry,
7.4.3. suspend or terminate any Customer account, and/or
7.4.4. pursue legal action where warranted.
7.5. OneDayOnly also reserves the right to recover the total costs of any damages suffered
from any Customer.
8. CHANGES, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
8.1. OneDayOnly may amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Campaign and the
redemption of any Prize, without prior notice.
8.2. OneDayOnly may amend these T& Cs at any stage of the Campaign, and for any reason it
deems fit without notice to the Customer. Customers are bound by the most recent
version. It is the Customer’s obligation to regularly check these T& Cs for any updates.
8.3. Any changes will be published on the Website or App.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. OneDayOnly will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from
facilitating or participation in the Campaign.
9.2. OneDayOnly is not responsible for technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting
payment, redemption, or order processing.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. These T& Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10.2. Any disputes arising from the Campaigns shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African
courts and be adjudicated in terms of South African Law.
11. GENERAL
11.1. The limitations above are imposed to ensure equitable access and prevent unfair
commercial practices (as permitted in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008).
11.2. OneDayOnly’s decisions regarding the Campaigns are final and binding.
11.3. A copy of these T& Cs will be available on the OneDayOnly Website for 30 days after the
Campaigns end and thereafter upon request for a period of 3 years.
