6. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected by 17 June 2026 and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za via social media. The winner will be required to accept their prize via social and send their email address in order to receive their voucher. If a winner does not respond within 48 hrs, OneDayOnly reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
7. Prize & Winner announcement: There will be 5 voucher winners, who will each received 1 x R1,000 ucook voucher and 1 x R1,000 OneDayOnly wallet credit. They will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za social media platforms. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, code, credit, or offer.
The Prize credit is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of loading onto the winner's account. Any unused credit after this period will expire and cannot be claimed. Please note that UCOOK does not deliver to all regions in South Africa. Entrants are encouraged to check whether UCOOK delivers to their area at ucook.co.za before entering. If the winner resides in an area outside of UCOOK's delivery zones, UCOOK reserves the right to withhold the Prize and select an alternative winner. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Prize may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, code, credit, or offer. The Prize is valid for use on ucook.co.za only. To redeem the promotion, the unique code must be entered in the cart at checkout on uCook.co.za. Individuals eligible to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of OneDayOnly.co.za and uCook, and their immediate families, are excluded from entry. UCOOK employees, directors, agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
9. Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za can publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such invitation.
10. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
11. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
12. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
UCOOK VOUCHERS IN BOXES
- Vouchers issued by OneDayOnly.co.za can only be used to shop at OneDayOnly.co.za
- Voucher codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Voucher codes are limited to one use per customer
- Only one voucher code can be used per customer transaction
- Voucher codes are single-purpose - if a purchase/transaction amount comes to less that the voucher amount, the customer will not receive any compensation for the difference in voucher amount not used
- Vouchers are not valid with certain promotions – including any donations
- Voucher codes do not apply to shipping amounts unless otherwise stipulated in specific voucher communication
- Voucher codes are valid for one month unless otherwise stipulated in specific voucher communication, and once expired a voucher code cannot be reinstated
- Should an order fail or be cancelled for any reason, the voucher code will be null and void. In such an instance, please contact our customer service department customerservice@onedayonly.co.za for a replacement voucher code
- Minumum spend: Voucher codes are subject to a minimum spend as stipulated in the voucher communication sent with the relevant voucher code.
- Abandoned Cart Voucher: Vouchers sent to complete a purchase are promotional vouchers which are only valid on the day they are sent and expire at midnight. Should the transaction be completed without the voucher being redeemed, the voucher will be deemed null and void and will not be reinstated against the order or refunded as cash or wallet credit.
- AnotherDayOnly Voucher: Vouchers referenced as AnotherDayOnly vouchers will only be valid on AnotherDayOnly sales days.
- Cancellation: OneDayOnly reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any voucher code or associated promotion. In such event, where a voucher code is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the vouchers and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
- System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly which may cause the voucher redemption process to be disrupted or corrupted.
- Violation: Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the voucher holder.
