1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Ts & Cs”) apply to the OneDayOnly Refer-a-Friend Promotional Incentive Campaign (“the Campaign”), hosted by OneDayOnly.co.za.
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Ts & Cs as well as OneDayOnly’s General Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Standard Returns Policy, and any other applicable Company Policies. In the event of any conflict between these Ts & Cs and any other OneDayOnly policy, these Ts & Cs will take precedence for purposes of the Campaign.
1.3. The Campaign is a promotional referral incentive programme intended to reward eligible OneDayOnly VIP customers for introducing friends, family and their broader networks to OneDayOnly.co.za. The Campaign is promotional in nature and offered in the ordinary course of business to promote the sale of goods and services.
2. Campaign Period
2.1. The Campaign will run from 14 July 2026 to 8 September 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion. Any changes will be published on the Website or App.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Participation is by invitation only and is limited to selected OneDayOnly subscribers who receive a Campaign email containing a unique referral voucher code.
3.2. Participants must be South African residents aged 18 years or older.
3.3. Employees, directors, agents and immediate family members of OneDayOnly, or any associated partners involved in the administration of the Campaign, may not participate.
3.4. A participant’s unique referral voucher code may be shared with any person, including through personal networks, social media platforms, deal-sharing communities, coupon websites, forums, messaging applications, or other public channels. Participants must ensure their OneDayOnly account information, including contact and delivery details, is accurate.
4. How the Campaign Works
4.1. Selected participants will receive a unique referral voucher code via email.
4.2. Referral voucher codes provide a discount of R100 on qualifying purchases with a minimum spend of R500.
4.3. Referral voucher codes may be redeemed by any customer, including existing OneDayOnly customers, subject to these Ts & Cs.
4.4. Voucher redemption is limited to one use per customer.
4.5. The referring participant will earn R25 in OneDayOnly Wallet Credit for each successful and approved referral.
4.6. There is no maximum number of referrals or referral rewards that may be earned during the Campaign Period.
4.7. Same-household referrals are permitted, provided all orders are valid, genuine and comply with these Ts & Cs.
4.8. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. Deals are sold on a first‑paid, first‑sold basis.
4.9. An order is only confirmed once full payment is received. OneDayOnly is not responsible for payment failures of any kind.
5. Referral Validation
5.1. Referral rewards will only be awarded for qualifying orders that have successfully passed OneDayOnly’s validation process.
5.2. Validation checks may include, but are not limited to:
- Order confirmation status;
- Duplicate account reviews;
- Self-referral detection;
- Fraud screening;
- Cancellation activity;
- Payment verification;
- Abuse detection;
- Automated behaviour
- Any other verification measures deemed necessary by OneDayOnly.
5.3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel referral rewards where fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activity is suspected.
5.4. Wallet Credit will be awarded approximately 14 (fourteen) days after a qualifying order has been confirmed and approved.
5.5. All decisions relating to referral validation and approval are final.
5.6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to adjust referral counts, rankings, rewards or Wallet Credit after the Campaign has concluded should any fraudulent, cancelled, refunded or otherwise invalid referrals be identified during final auditing.
5.7. OneDayOnly may suspend accounts, cancel orders, revoke vouchers or recover duplicated Wallet Credit where manipulation or abuse is detected.
6. Referral Rewards
6.1. Participants will receive R25 in OneDayOnly Wallet Credit for each approved referral.
6.2. Wallet Credit will be consolidated and allocated to the referring participant’s OneDayOnly account.
6.3. Wallet Credit is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and must be used on the OneDayOnly website or app.
6.4. Wallet Credit awarded through this Campaign will be subject to the standard OneDayOnly Wallet Terms & Conditions.
6.5. In the event that a referred order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise reversed for any reason, the associated referral reward (including any Wallet Credit already allocated) will be reversed, deducted, or voided accordingly.
6.6. Wallet Credit allocated through this Campaign will remain valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of allocation, after which any unused Wallet Credit will automatically expire and be forfeited. Refunds for any returned items will exclude the value of any referral voucher used.
7. Top Referrer Rewards
7.1. At the conclusion of the Campaign, referral rankings will be determined based on the total number of approved referrals achieved during the Campaign Period.
7.2. The participant with the highest number of approved referrals during the Campaign Period will receive an additional reward of R10,000 in OneDayOnly Wallet Credit.
7.3. The Top 10 participants with the highest number of approved referrals during the Campaign Period will receive the following additional rewards in OneDayOnly Wallet Credit:
- 1st Place: R10,000
- 2nd Place: R5,000
- 3rd Place: R2,500
- 4th Place: R1,500
- 5th–10th Place: R1,000 each
7.4. Final referral validation, fraud checks, auditing and ranking verification will take place during September 2026. The final Top Referrer rankings and winners will be confirmed and announced by Wednesday, 28 September 2026. Records may be maintained in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (‘CPA’).
7.5. In the event of a tie, OneDayOnly reserves the right to apply additional validation criteria, including approved referral revenue generated, order value, fraud screening outcomes or other reasonable measures to determine final rankings.
7.6. Eligible participants may be required to undergo additional verification before rewards are allocated.
7.7. Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7.8. Should any participant be disqualified, have referrals invalidated, or otherwise become ineligible following final validation or audit checks, OneDayOnly reserves the right to revise the final rankings and reallocate rewards accordingly.
7.9. The Campaign and its procedures may be independently overseen by a qualified third party.
8. Referral Voucher Terms
8.1. Referral voucher codes may only be used on purchases made through OneDayOnly website or app.
8.2. Referral voucher codes provide a discount of R100 on orders with a minimum spend of R500.
8.3. Referral voucher codes expire on 30 September 2026 and may not be reinstated once expired.
8.4. Voucher redemption is limited to one use per customer.
8.5. Only one voucher code may be redeemed per transaction.
8.6. Voucher codes may not be exchanged for cash or transferred for monetary value.
8.7. Voucher codes do not apply to shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
8.8. Voucher codes are not valid in conjunction with certain promotions or other minimum‑spend vouchers, including charitable donation promotions.
8.9. Should an order fail, be cancelled, refunded or reversed for any reason, the associated voucher redemption and referral qualification may be cancelled or reversed at OneDayOnly’s discretion.
8.10. Referral voucher codes are single-purpose vouchers. If the transaction value is less than the voucher value, any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited and may not be refunded, credited or carried forward.
8.11. Should an order fail or be cancelled after a voucher has been redeemed, the voucher may become null and void. Replacement vouchers may be issued at OneDayOnly’s sole discretion. Customers may contact Customer Service for assistance, however replacement vouchers will be issued at OneDayOnly’s sole discretion.
8.12. Abuse may result in cancellation of orders or suspension of accounts.
9. Fraud Prevention & Disqualification
9.1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate any referral activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading or inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign.
9.2. Activities that may result in disqualification include, but are not limited to:
- Self-referrals;
- Creation of duplicate accounts;
- Artificially generated referrals;
- Manipulation of voucher codes;
- Suspicious purchasing behaviour;
- Automated searching or scraping;
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities;
- Attempts to exploit system errors; or
- Any conduct intended to unfairly obtain rewards.
9.3. OneDayOnly reserves the right to disqualify any participant, cancel referral rewards, reverse Wallet Credit or remove participants from the Campaign where fraud or abuse is suspected.
9.4. OneDayOnly’s decision regarding fraud investigations, referral validation and disqualifications will be final.
10. Use of Personal Information
10.1. By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to their personal information being processed by OneDayOnly in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10.2. Personal information may be used for Campaign administration, including data enrichment, profiling, storage, and lawful business purposes, referral validation, reward fulfilment, fraud prevention, customer communications, future marketing activities.
10.3. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their eligibility for rewards already earned.
10.4 Personal information may be shared with authorised third parties where necessary for Campaign administration or fraud prevention.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. OneDayOnly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign.
11.2. OneDayOnly shall not be responsible for technical failures, system outages, delays, transmission errors or any event beyond its reasonable control that may affect Campaign participation.
11.3. No member of OneDayOnly shall be responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted transmissions, internet failures, system malfunctions or any circumstance beyond its control that may disrupt participation in the Campaign.
12. Changes & Termination
12.1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend these Ts & Cs, suspend, modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. Participants are bound by the most current version.
12.2. In the event of cancellation, suspension or termination, participants shall have no claim against OneDayOnly, its employees, agents, partners, suppliers or affiliates arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination.
13. General
13.1. By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge and accept these Ts & Cs.
13.2. All decisions made by OneDayOnly regarding the Campaign, referral validation, reward allocation, rankings and participant eligibility shall be final and binding.
13.3. A copy of these Terms & Conditions will be available on the OneDayOnly website for the duration of the Campaign and thereafter upon request.
13.4. These Ts & Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa and the jurisdiction of the South African Courts.
13.5. This Campaign is a promotional referral incentive programme and is not a game of chance. Rewards are earned based on successful referral activity and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
13.6. Any violation or attempted violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of any rewards earned.
