TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
CAMPAIGN DETAILS AND DATES:
The Campaign is hosted by OneDayOnly Offers (Pty) Ltd, Reg nr: 2009/020929/07 situated at Unit G06, The Old Castle Brewery, 6 Beach Road, Woodstock, 7925, South Africa.
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) shall apply to the Birthday Campaign (“the Campaign”).
The Campaign will run from Friday, 21 August 2026 at 00:00 until Monday, 31 August 2026 at 23:59 (“Campaign Period”).
The Campaign shall only apply to all customers that purchased and successfully paid for any deal during the Campaign Period, either on the OneDayOnly App or on the OneDayOnly website, regardless of the value, throughout the Campaign Period.
The Campaign will allow 1 (one) lucky customer an entry into the draw to win OneDayOnly wallet credit to the value of R10,000.00 (Ten thousand Rand).
OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, reduce, or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.
By participating in the Campaign, Customers agree to be bound by these T&Cs, as well as OneDayOnly’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Standard Returns Policy, and any other applicable Company Policies.
In the event of any conflict between these T&Cs and any other OneDayOnly policy, these T&Cs will take precedence for purposes of the Campaign.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of OneDayOnly or its partners may not participate and are not eligible to realise any voucher or voucher codes.
HOW THE CAMPAIGNS WORK:
(A) THE COMPETITION
OneDayOnly customers must purchase and successfully pay for any deal on the website or App during the Campaign Period. The purchase must be successful and not cancelled/refunded. In the event of any full return or refund, the entry will be forfeited.
OneDayOnly will release a specific Party Password code every day for the duration of The 16th Birthday Campaign / the Campaign Period. The customer must accumulate and retain all the 11 (eleven) Party Password codes released on the App and/or on the Website every day of the Campaign Period, regardless of the date of purchasing their deal.
On the last day of the Campaign Period, the customer must correctly enter the entire sequence of Party Passwords obtained during the campaign period in the order the Password codes were released as part of their entry into the Campaign and to stand a chance to win.
1 (One) customer will be selected as the winner of the Campaign. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by a qualified independent party.
The 1 (One) independently selected winner will win R10,000 (Ten Thousand Rand) in OneDayOnly Wallet Credit.
Wallet credit will be issued to the winner’s OneDayOnly account used at checkout.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted (unless otherwise stated). Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 (seven) calendar days after the Campaign ends. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after an attempt to contact him/her was made, OneDayOnly reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. “”Wallet Credit” refers to the value of R10,000 as wallet credit and not a cash refund/prize.
(B) VERIFIED STEAL DEAL DROPS
This Deal Drop Campaign is valid from Friday, 21 August 2025 to Sunday, 31 August 2026, or while stocks last. Offers are time-sensitive and will be released sporadically throughout the day, with each deal running until sold out or expired. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, deals are limited to one promotional item per household, per day.
Verified Steal Deal Drops are extremely limited in quantity.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.
Your purchase is only confirmed once checkout and payment have been successfully completed.
Verified Steal Deal Drops cannot be combined into a single order if purchased at different times throughout the day.
Deals are subject to a limit of one promotional item per household per day.
OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to cancel any order or portion thereof at its discretion if we suspect and have reasonable cause to believe that misuse, unfair methods, tampering, or fraudulent activity has occurred.
This includes but is not limited to orders where we detect any irregularities or actions that violate the fairness and integrity of our promotions and offers.
In such cases, OneDayOnly may cancel the order without prior notice, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.
OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at its sole discretion. Any payments already processed will be refunded accordingly.
No returns will be accepted on Verified Steal Deal Drop purchases unless otherwise stated.
Verified Steal Deal Drops are governed by OneDayOnly’s standard Returns Policy unless explicitly stated otherwise
Any detected misuse or abuse of this promotion may result in the suspension of access to the OneDayOnly platform, including the customer’s account.

(C) SPEEDSALE & VOUCHER CODES
Vouchers issued by OneDayOnly.co.za can only be used to shop at OneDayOnly.co.za
Voucher codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Voucher codes are limited to one use per customer
Only one voucher code can be used per customer transaction
Voucher codes are single-purpose - if a purchase/transaction amount comes to less that the voucher amount, the customer will not receive any compensation for the difference in voucher amount not used
Vouchers are not valid with certain promotions – including any donations
Voucher codes do not apply to shipping amounts unless otherwise stipulated in specific voucher communication
Should an order fail or be cancelled for any reason, the voucher code will be null and void. In such an instance, please contact our customer service department customerservice@onedayonly.co.za for a replacement voucher code
Minimum spend: Voucher codes are subject to a minimum spend as stipulated in the voucher communication sent with the relevant voucher code.
Abandoned Cart Voucher: Vouchers sent to complete a purchase are promotional vouchers which are only valid on the day they are sent and expire at midnight. Should the transaction be completed without the voucher being redeemed, the voucher will be deemed null and void and will not be reinstated against the order or refunded as cash or wallet credit.
Cancellation: OneDayOnly reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any voucher code or associated promotion. In such an event, where a voucher code is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the vouchers and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly which may cause the voucher redemption process to be disrupted or corrupted.
Violation: Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the voucher holder.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT:
By participating in the Campaign, all Customers acknowledges that the deals on the OneDayOnly App and Website are only available for 24 (twenty-four) hours.
Adding an item to the Customer’s cart does not secure a purchase or reserve the item for any amount of time.
All offers / deals are time-sensitive, can only be purchased and paid for on the day and remain subject to availability and while stocks last.
Deals are offered and sold on a first paid first sold basis, without exception.
An order is only confirmed, and an item will only be reserved, once full payment (including all shipping costs), is received.
OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel orders in full or in part, at its sole discretion and as needed, prior to the delivery thereof to the Customer or upon the return thereof. If this happens, OneDayOnly shall refund all actual payments made.
OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues, such as software, hardware, network errors or payment errors by third party payment software or Apps. If payment is for any reason not received, the Customer’s order will be cancelled (with or without prior notice to the Customer) and the Customer’s item will not be delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or loss incurred because of payment not being received. Ownership of any such goods and items will accordingly remain with OneDayOnly.
DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Standard shipping rates and delivery timelines apply.
OneDayOnly cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers and only undertakes to assist in the process to the best of its ability.
OneDayOnly reserves the right to charge a reasonable return collection fee.
Refunds and Wallet credit will be processed according to the amount actually paid, excluding any Voucher value, shipping costs and collection fees.
The terms and conditions of the Standard Return and Refund Policies should be applied for all aspects not specifically mentioned herein.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
By entering, participants consent to their personal information being processed by OneDayOnly in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Customers must ensure that their contact information and delivery details are correct and up to date.
Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the Campaign, including administration, winner verification, and communications by OneDayOnly.
Customers agree to be signed up to OneDayOnly’s newsletter and to receive marketing communication from OneDayOnly as part of their entry into the Campaign. Customers are advised that they can opt-out at any stage.
FRAUD, ABUSE & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the Campaigns, Website, App, or Voucher systems.
OneDayOnly may cancel any order purchased fraudulently or contrary to these T&Cs.
Fraudulent or abusive behaviour includes, but is not limited to
creating multiple accounts,
automated searching or scraping, and/or
exploiting system vulnerabilities.
OneDayOnly may, at its sole discretion:
cancel any order,
revoke any competition entry,
suspend or terminate any Customer account, and/or
pursue legal action where warranted.
OneDayOnly also reserves the right to recover the total costs of any damages suffered from any Customer.
CHANGES, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
OneDayOnly may amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Campaign and the redemption of any Prize, without prior notice.
OneDayOnly may amend these T&Cs at any stage of the Campaign, and for any reason it deems fit without notice to the Customer. Customers are bound by the most recent version. It is the Customer’s obligation to regularly check these T&Cs for any updates.
Any changes will be published on the Website or App.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OneDayOnly will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from facilitating or participation in the Campaign.
OneDayOnly is not responsible for technical failures, human errors, or delays affecting payment, redemption, or order processing.
GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from the Campaigns shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts and be adjudicated in terms of South African Law.
GENERAL
The limitations above are imposed to ensure equitable access and prevent unfair commercial practices (as permitted in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008).
OneDayOnly’s decisions regarding the Campaigns are final and binding.
A copy of these T&Cs will be available on the OneDayOnly Website for 30 days after the Campaigns end and thereafter upon request for a period of 3 years.
