If your return has been assessed and you are due for a refund, please take note of the following:

If you paid via EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Ozow or Discovery Miles, please remember we need your bank details so we can process your refund. A bank transfer refund could take up to 10 working days to reflect, whilst a refund to your credit card can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your bank.

Payflex/Mobicred/Vodapay refunds are paid directly by the provider and are done in accordance to what you have already paid and what you are refunded.

Credit card refunds will reflect as a reversal under the date you used it to make the purchase you are being refunded for.
