I paid but my order was cancelled – help!

Oh no! We're sorry about that.

If you made payment, there is a good chance that we placed a manual order on your behalf. Before writing in, please check if you have a confirmed order with the same items on it using your Orders page. If there is, you're good to go!

There are multiple reasons that an order will automatically cancel but the most common one is that payment was made more than 2 hours after checking out. 

Please Contact Us and we’ll help as best we can. If the item is still available, we’ll assist with a reorder. If not, we will need to arrange a refund.

Top Tip: Be sure to send us proof of your payment when contacting us so we locate your payment.
