No tracking information is available, what now?

Well, it may be at our DC still in the packing stage. If you have just received our email saying your parcel has been dispatched, please give it 24 hours for the courier to scan the parcel into their respective depot.

On the other hand, if it has been longer than a day and your tracking has not updated - check out your order status on the My Orders page or contact out Customer Success team :)
