By using the Guest Checkout option to complete a transaction on OneDayOnly.co.za or the OneDayOnly mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Limited Access
Guest Checkout allows a user to place an order and complete a purchase without creating or logging into a OneDayOnly account.
Guest Checkout users will not have access to features reserved for registered account users, including:
- Order history
- Saved addresses
- Faster checkout on future purchases
- Track your order status directly from the website / app
- Amend/change order delivery address before it’s dispatched
Guest Checkout users will not be able to retrieve or view their order status or details on the website or app once the order is placed. All information will only be available via email.
2. Provision of Accurate Information
Guest Checkout users must ensure that all personal and contact information (including name, email address, delivery address, and contact number) submitted at checkout is true, accurate, and complete.
OneDayOnly shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or failure in fulfilment arising from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the User.
3. Order Tracking and Communication
Order updates (confirmation,updates, and dispatch notifications) will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Please ensure that the email and contact details you enter are accurate, as they cannot be changed after placing the order.
4. Returns and Customer Support
Return and refund requests must be made via the OnedayOnly Help Centre at this link, using your order number and the email address used at checkout. You may be required to verify your identity to access order-related information or support.
Returns are subject to our standard Returns & Warranty Terms & Conditions
Customer Support agents may have limited access to a Guest Checkout user's order history or past communications. This may affect the speed or scope of assistance we can provide for Guest Checkout users.
5. Data and Privacy
By using Guest Checkout, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for order fulfillment, customer service, and communication purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment details.
6. Limitations
Certain promotions, coupons, or loyalty-based benefits may only be available to registered OneDayOnly customers.
Guest Checkout orders may not be eligible for bulk ordering or business account services. Tax invoices cannot be provided for Guest Checkout purchases.
OneDayOnly will retain Guest Checkout data only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and meet legal or regulatory requirements. This data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.
7. Fraud Prevention
OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel or delay any Guest Checkout order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or in breach of these Terms.
