PayJustNow lets you pay in 3 interest-free instalments. You pay a third upfront at checkout, and the other two are taken automatically on your next two paydays. Your goods are shipped right away, and if you pay on time you pay nothing extra: zero interest and zero fees*.
* Late fees apply if you miss a payment.
How do I make a purchase online?
The short answer is that it’s a breeze.
Once you’ve found the item you can’t live without, even if payday feels like a lifetime away, click “add to cart”, head to the payment page and select PayJustNow as your payment method. If it’s your first time with PayJustNow, you’ll need to sign up quickly.
You’ll give a few basic details, like your SA ID, cellphone number and email address, and tell them when your payday is. PayJustNow then runs a soft affordability check, which won’t affect your credit score. Approval usually takes just a few minutes.
Once you’re approved, you’ll see your instalment plan, agree to it and pay your first third. Then it’s business as usual: we get your goodies ready to ship.
Is there really no interest or fees?
Yes, there really is 0% interest, and you won’t pay any extra fees as long as you pay on time. You pay exactly the price we advertised, split into three.
The one catch is a missed payment. If an instalment doesn’t go through, you’ll have 24 hours to pay it manually in the PayJustNow app or on their website. After that, the payment is retried every week, and a late fee is charged each time. Total late fees can never be more than 25% of what you spent. PayJustNow emails you a reminder the day before each payment comes off, so just make sure your account has money in it.
You can also pay early, which could raise your spend limit for next time.
What cards does PayJustNow accept?
PayJustNow accepts any South African-issued Visa or Mastercard, debit or credit.
Why wasn’t my PayJustNow application accepted?
To use PayJustNow, you need to be 18 or older, live in South Africa and have a valid card in good standing.
If you were declined, it’s usually because of your spend limit, your card settings or the affordability check. PayJustNow sets your spend limit when you sign up, based on your profile. New shoppers may be limited to one order at first, and the limit can grow over time. You can try again later or update your details.
I want to return my product. How does this work?
Returns go through us, OneDayOnly, as usual. Once we approve your return (in line with our terms and conditions), PayJustNow will adjust or refund your instalments. You don’t need to do anything extra.
