Verified Deals are genuine, time-limited offers that may include discounts of up to 100% off the listed product price. These deals drop randomly throughout the day and are not permanently available on the site or app. Verified Deals are available in limited quantities and on a first-come, first-served basis. Once stock is sold out, the offer is no longer valid.

1. The OneDayOnly Verified Deal Drops promotional period shall be in effect from 30 October to 6 December 2026.
2. Verified Deal Drops from 30 October to 6 December 2026 are subject to a limit of one promotional item per household, per day.
3. The availability of Verified Deal Drops is contingent upon stock availability, and such deals will remain visible until all stock is depleted.
4. Deals will be released at unspecified intervals and without prior notice. Securing a Verified Deal is based on a first-come, first-sold basis.
5. It is essential to note that adding items to the shopping cart merely serves as temporary storage and does not guarantee the securement of the deal. The finalisation of the transaction, through checkout and payment, is the only process that ensures the deal's confirmation.
6. Standard shipping rates are applicable to all transactions as indicated at checkout.

8. In the event of a return, no refunds will be provided for vouchers that were used when purchasing an item. A return for any reason (faulty, changed mind, etc) will result in a refund of money paid (as calculated in OneDayOnly's standard Returns Policy) and not the value of the item being returned excluding shipping and might include a return fee.
9. OneDayOnly retains the exclusive right, at its own discretion, to cancel orders in full or in part as circumstances necessitate prior to delivery. In such a scenario, OneDayOnly's liability shall be restricted to refunding the monies already paid by the user including shipping.
10. OneDayOnly will request personal information and seek documentation, like a valid TV license, for the delivery of televisions.
11. OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues, such as software, hardware, network errors or payment errors by third party payment software or Apps. If payment is for any reason not received, your order will be cancelled (with or without prior notice to you) and your item will not be delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or loss incurred because of payment not being received. Ownership of any such goods and items will accordingly remain with OneDayOnly

13. In the event of customer misuse of the promotion, OneDayOnly retains the authority to suspend a customer's access to the OneDayOnly App or the customer's OneDayOnly account/profile.
14. Verified Deal Drops cannot be combined into a single order if purchased at different times throughout the day.

OneDayOnly Offers reserves the right to cancel any order or portion thereof at its discretion if we suspect and have reasonable cause to believe that misuse, unfair methods, tampering, or fraudulent activity has occurred. This includes but is not limited to orders where we detect any irregularities or actions that violate the fairness and integrity of our promotions and offers. If we detect any improper use of the offers/deals/promotions, App or account, which shall be determined in our sole discretion, OneDayOnly reserves the right to cancel your order, or any orders placed and/or suspend all access to our App and/or any accounts held with us.
