During 30 October to 6 December, OneDayOnly will be running the following promotional campaigns for purchases on the OneDayOnly App:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Campaign details and dates

1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the OneDayOnly Black Friday 2026 Campaign ("the Campaign"), which includes each of the sales listed above (each a "Sale") and all Verified Steals offered during them.
2. The Campaign will run from Friday, 30 October 2026 at 00:00 until Sunday, 6 December 2026 at 23:59 ("the Campaign Period"). Each Sale runs from 00:00 on its first day until 23:59 on its last day, as set out in the table above.
3. The Campaign applies to purchases made on the OneDayOnly Website (www.onedayonly.co.za) and the OneDayOnly mobile App (Android or iOS), unless a specific deal or promotion is stated to be App-only.
4. Verified Steals are genuine, time-limited offers that may include discounts of up to 100% off the listed product price. They drop randomly throughout the day, are available in limited quantities, and are not permanently available on the Website or App.
5. The Campaign and all Verified Steals are promotional in nature and offered in the ordinary course of business to promote the sale of goods and services.
6. OneDayOnly reserves the right to amend, reduce or extend the Campaign Period, or any Sale within it, at its sole discretion.
7. By participating in the Campaign, Customers agree to be bound by these T&Cs, as well as OneDayOnly's General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Standard Returns Policy, Voucher Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable Company Policies.
8. In the event of any conflict between these T&Cs and any other OneDayOnly policy, these T&Cs will take precedence for purposes of the Campaign.
9. The Voucher Campaign will provide Conditional Promotional Vouchers to the value of R200.00 (per person) to all customers who makes their first time ever purchase of any deal or deals on the OneDayOnly App to the total minimum value of R950.00 (excluding shipping) throughout the Campaign Period.
10. HOW THE VOUCHER CAMPAIGN WORKS:

[A] The Voucher Campaign:

[i] General Overview:

1. During the Campaign Period, OneDayOnly will provide all first time ever App customers with a R200.00 Conditional Discount Vouchers subject to a required minimum spend amount of R950.00 in a single transaction. 
2. The Voucher Campaign is open to new and existing customers, subject to it being their first app-based purchase. Customers who have previously purchased via the app are not eligible for this promotion. 
3. The Conditional Discount Voucher requires every Customer to meet (or exceed) the above stated minimum spend amount threshold before the Voucher can be redeemed. The minimum spend amount excludes all shipping costs, which shall not be included as forming part of the minimum spend transaction. Standard shipping rates shall apply. 
4. The Voucher cannot be used towards the costs of returns, and a collection fee will apply to any return requested by the Customer. 

The steps to redeem a Voucher are:

1. Download and open the OneDayOnly App.
2. Add products to your cart to the value of R950.00 or more. 
3. All first-time users or first-time purchases will have a special voucher code presented via the App Pop-Up, and/or sent via email, and/or can retrieve it from OneDayOnly Customer Services department by sending an email to customerservice@onedayonly.co.za. 
4. Proceed to checkout.
5. Enter the unique Voucher code.
6. Click “Apply”.
7. Pay the remaining balance and the shipping costs.

[ii] Voucher Rules:

6. After the customer was found to be eligible for a Voucher and have obtained the Voucher Code by adhering to all the terms above, the Voucher / Voucher Code can be used towards a further purchase throughout the Campaign Period. The Voucher / Voucher Code will only be valid for, and should be redeemed within, the duration of the Campaign Period. 
7. Vouchers / Voucher Codes cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be issued.
8. Vouchers / Voucher Codes cannot be used with any other promotional codes, discount offers, or minimum-spend Vouchers.
9. If a purchase made using a Voucher / Voucher Code stands to be refunded, the Voucher value will not be reinstated or refunded.
10. Vouchers / Voucher Codes may not be shared publicly or distributed for mass redemption. 
11. Should an order fail or be cancelled for any reason, the Voucher / Voucher Code will be null and void.
12. OneDayOnly reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any Vouchers, Voucher Codes or associated promotions. In such event, where a Voucher / Voucher Code is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Vouchers and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
13. No member of OneDayOnly is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly which may cause the voucher redemption process to be disrupted or corrupted. 
14. This Voucher Campaign is currently being tested with a limited group. OneDayOnly may choose to extend or adapt the promotion for wider availability in the future. 

2. Eligibility

1. The Campaign is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older with a registered OneDayOnly account.
2. Employees, directors, agents and immediate family members of OneDayOnly or its partners may not purchase Verified Steals.
3. Deliveries are limited to addresses within South Africa.

3. How Verified Steals work

1. Verified Steals will be released at random, unspecified intervals throughout each Sale day, without prior notice.
2. Verified Steals are subject to stock availability and will remain visible until all stock is sold out. Once stock is sold out, the offer is no longer valid.
3. Verified Steals are sold on a first-paid, first-sold basis, without exception.
4. Verified Steals are limited to one (1) promotional item per household, per day, for the full Campaign Period. OneDayOnly may cancel any order exceeding this limit, including orders placed through different accounts at the same delivery address.
5. Verified Steals purchased at different times throughout the day cannot be combined into a single order.
6. To stay up to date with Verified Steal drops, Customers may download the OneDayOnly App and enable push notifications, follow OneDayOnly on social media, or subscribe to the OneDayOnly newsletter. OneDayOnly does not guarantee that any notification will be received before a Verified Steal sells out.

4. Vouchers, orders and payment

1. Only one (1) OneDayOnly voucher code may be applied per order, subject to OneDayOnly's standard Voucher Terms and Conditions.
2. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be issued.
3. All deals are time-sensitive, can only be purchased and paid for on the day they are offered, and remain subject to availability while stocks last.
4. Adding an item to the cart is temporary storage only and does not secure a purchase or reserve the item for any amount of time.
5. An order is only confirmed, and an item only reserved, once full payment (including all shipping costs) is received.
6. OneDayOnly is not responsible for any payment failures caused by any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues such as software, hardware, network errors or payment errors by third-party payment software or Apps. If payment is for any reason not received, the Customer's order will be cancelled (with or without prior notice to the Customer) and the item will not be delivered. OneDayOnly shall not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred because payment was not received. Ownership of any such goods will remain with OneDayOnly.
7. OneDayOnly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel orders in full or in part, as circumstances require, prior to delivery. In such a case, OneDayOnly's liability is limited to refunding the money actually paid by the Customer, including shipping, but excluding any voucher value.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

1. Standard shipping rates and delivery timelines apply to all orders, including Verified Steals, as indicated at checkout.
2. Due to high order volumes during the Campaign Period, delivery timelines may be longer than usual. OneDayOnly cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers, and will assist in the process to the best of its ability.
3. For the delivery of televisions, OneDayOnly will request personal information and supporting documentation, such as a valid TV licence, as required by law.
4. A return for any reason (faulty, changed mind, etc.) will result in a refund of the money actually paid (as calculated in terms of OneDayOnly's Standard Returns Policy), and not the listed value of the item returned. Refunds exclude shipping costs and any voucher value, and a reasonable return collection fee may apply.
5. No refunds will be given for vouchers used when purchasing an item, and the voucher value will not be reinstated.
6. OneDayOnly's Standard Returns and Refund Policies apply to all aspects not specifically mentioned in these T&Cs.

6. Personal information

1. Customers must ensure that their contact information and delivery details are correct and up to date.
2. OneDayOnly will process Customers' personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and OneDayOnly's Privacy Policy, only for the purposes of the Campaign, order fulfilment and verification.

7. Fraud, abuse and account suspension

1. OneDayOnly reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the Campaign, the Website, the App or the voucher system.
2. Fraudulent or abusive behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

1. creating multiple accounts or profiles to bypass the one-per-household limit;
2. automated searching, bots or scraping;
3. exploiting system vulnerabilities; and/or
4. tampering or any other unfair method that undermines the fairness and integrity of the Campaign.

3. If OneDayOnly has reasonable cause to believe that misuse, unfair methods, tampering or fraudulent activity has occurred, it may, at its sole discretion:

1. cancel any order or part of an order;
2. revoke any voucher;
3. suspend or terminate the Customer's access to the App and/or any OneDayOnly account or profile; and/or
4. pursue legal action where warranted.

4. OneDayOnly reserves the right to recover the total cost of any misused promotion, or any other damages suffered, from the Customer concerned.

8. Changes, suspension and termination

1. OneDayOnly may amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Campaign, any Sale or any Verified Steal, without prior notice.
2. OneDayOnly may amend these T&Cs at any stage of the Campaign, for any reason it deems fit, without notice to the Customer. Customers are bound by the most recent version, and it is the Customer's obligation to check these T&Cs regularly for updates.
3. Any changes will be published on the Website or App.

9. Limitation of liability

1. OneDayOnly will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from facilitating or participating in the Campaign, to the extent permitted by law.
2. OneDayOnly is not responsible for technical failures, human errors, internet or system malfunctions, or delays affecting the display, purchase or order processing of Verified Steals.

10. Governing law

1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Any disputes arising from the Campaign shall fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts and be adjudicated in terms of South African law.

11. General

1. The limitations in these T&Cs are imposed to ensure equitable access and prevent unfair commercial practices, as permitted in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
2. OneDayOnly's decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
3. All Campaign deals and purchases remain subject to OneDayOnly's Standard Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy.
4. A copy of these T&Cs will be available on the OneDayOnly Website for 30 days after the Campaign ends, and thereafter on request for a period of 3 years.
